What we like most is that our tall delivery guy gives us a courtesy call before he comes so we don't miss our delivery.

This was an annual check and everything went well. The report states what the technician did, however, it would be nice to have an actual results of each portion of the test.
My wife and I like our delivery driver he's very nice and caring. He always ask if everything is ok with our water.
The product is always high quality. Delivery is always on time and it is easy to change a delivery if required. Everyone I talk to s]is knowlegable about the products and services and they are always friendly.
