The products are reasonably priced compared to other competitor’s price’s. The service is great. I really like the reminder texts the day before and the communication I have with the driver Rudy is awesome! I am able to text him and let him know if I need more products or not the day before.
A great example of the great service Rudy provided was…. I forgot to text Rudy the day before that I didn’t need any products but he drove by my home anyway and saw that I didn’t leave any bottles out and didn’t leave any product. Thank you for that. I call that being intuitive and paying attention to customers needs. Thank you again!

Your salt is delivered when promised, and delivered down cellar stairs and deposited in my system's drum.
Love not having to worry about if the water softener is working or the need for salt. Salt delivery is wonderful. No loading, unloading and hauling bags of salt in and down the basement. Staff is great to work with and any issues are addressed quickly. Best decision we have made to rent a softener and have salt delivery.
