Being advised in advance of a delivery makes it easy to make sure that we are home as It is most appreciated that as a 77 year old senior your representative carried all 6 bags of salt down to our basement...he/she have always emptied a number of bags of salt into the unit prior to leaving...the cost per bag is competitive to the pricing of the big box stores...

Culligan is easy to work with and very responsive. Jenny Mcelroy has made starting new service very easy. This is a huge change from the last water company we were dealing with and it's a nice change.
I had a negative viewpoint of Culligan, based upon the pricing structure and charges that are levied. However, Norma, at the Ontario, CA office, called me in response to the last survey I completed.
She was very kind and responsive to my concerns and helped alleviate some issues right away. This came after we had tanks replaced by Ab (Abel? Not sure). He was also very courteous and pleasant to deal with.
So, back-to-back contact with 2 different employees over 2 different areas, changed my opinion of Culligan. Mind...I'm still in disagreement with billing practices/charges, but Norma and Ab's helpfulness and great customer service will keep me with Culligan for now. If Culligan is smart enough to keep wonderful employees like this, that's a big positive!
