Larry is extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs! We had an issue with our previous water cooler and within a day or two he brought a replacement cooler and water bottle for us. He also advised on how to clean the cooler properly when changing out the bottles. 10/10 service!

Have had problems with water pressure from my Culligan RO system to my refrigerator icemaker for years. Eric made a service call and we discussed options. He increased the pressure on the RO holding tank which helped the icemaker but decreased the volume of water available in the tank. Decided on installation of an Aquatec demand/delivery pump and Mini-Accumulator Tank. Eric came back and installed both items. The icemaker is finally filling up with water and producing solid ice cubes. Wish I had known about this solution years ago.
Culligan should automatically recommend it to new customers who have a long distance between the RO system and the refrigerator like I do (mine is on the other side of the kitchen and the water line goes up and over the ceiling). It's not cheap but if you want the icemaker to work properly it's a necessity.
Eric is a true professional and is a great representative for the Culligan brand. He is one of the best technicians I have ever had at my house of any trade.

Based on where I live, my Culligan unit is very important. I've always appreciated the services as well until an unfortunate incident a week ago. I waited all day for the delivery which never happened. When I phoned the next day, I was told he arrived at 5:11pm and no one was home That was NOT TRUE as I never left the house that day. And at that time, I was in the kitchen preparing dinner and have complete visibility of the entryway. It is one thing if you are running late and must reschedule. But do not blame your customer.
Yesterday's delivery was great. In fact, I asked about the clock on the unit since the timing was way off due to a lengthy power during the last storm. He suggested a battery backup and I agreed.
