I was very happy with the installation of my systems. Will was knowledgeable and friendly.
So far, I enjoy the water and for years now it has been great and continues to be that way. But if I'm being honest, as an old woman who can't allow the driver to bring the water into my house because of my dogs, I really like my current driver 12/05/25. He looks like he belongs on a Harley Davidson not driving a water delivery truck, but he is the sweetest kindest man. He always has a minute or so to chat and even when he is trying to hurry he isn't rude he can chat and work. This probably shouldn't matter but the delivery of a good product is so much more important to me. The water is great and doesn't change but the person's bringing it to your home, they come each time in different moods. His is always sweet and kind. I don't know his name but I am sure it's on my account.

And yes, last time I, casey was here, he was very polite, very professional, and today sky were in which were here. They did a good job. They apparently knew what they were doing. They are very polite and friendly. And also rachel and the phone couldn't have been nicer. So I just wanted to get these young people complement people in the world to they're so quick to criticize and complain. But these people you have working for you really nice, very top shelf. Very, very nice people just wanted to let you know.
The heat for my building has not been functioning for the past week. As a remedy for freezing to death at my desk, I remembered that my Culligan machine provides both hot and cold water.
Unfortunately, there wasn't any hot water to be had. After rummaging through invoices, I called your Phoenix location and spoke to Ms. Jody.
She was very understanding of the problem and wanted to solve the issue right away. Ms. Jody walked me through the reset protocol for my machine, and I was able to begin using the hot function of my water machine.
Ms. Jody is very knowledgeable and experienced in her position, which not only was she able to avoid a service call and have my service immediately, but she was also courteous and polite while doing it.
