I extremely appreciate that you email prior to delivery so I know when you are coming and also provides me the reminder/opportunity to increase or decrease the number of 5 gal bottles needed. Also reminds me to put out the empties! Not to mention the great tasting water!

I had my water tested by Joe. We reviewed my issues and he took the time to explain possible issues with my system. The service call with Name removed was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue. He took time to explain the issue and how the system operates. He also made sure any questions I had were answered. Very polite and courteous.
An improvement would be to get a service call sooner. I'm aware youre working on this. Other than that, I'm very satisfied.
