Our delivery driver-John or Jonathan deserves a raise and a promotion! He is FABULOUS! Always SO friendly, loves our office dogs (our office dogs love him) and he never lets us lift anything! A wonderful human being ! Also, I spoke with Nicholas on the phone today at the office and he was so helpful, kind and enthusiastic. Both men are VERY polite and positive!

We have been dealing with CULLIGAN for over 25 years. Their service and product has been excellent. They have been so good that we have installed their water softener system and are loving it. We do highly recommend them to anyone that wants to be satisfied with water products or their water softener system.

The delivery is consistent. The reminder call the day before. Where he picks up and places bottles. The spring water tastes great. Bottles are clean.

I spoke to a Dawn yesterday who went over all of my issues, though I am still not satisfied with the technician I found Dawn extremely helpful and seemed to care about the issue we were having and assured me that she would forward the informstion to the service department .
the water was a little bitter or had a chemical taste to it.
We appreciate how efficient and discreet Jesus Jimenez is when he swaps the water. Our office is one that depends on confidentiality and he gets the job done without making our clients uncomfortable.

The service person Stephen who did the installation was very friendly, knowledgeable and neat. It was a pleasure speaking with him.
Service is good but would be nice if delivey would happen when office is open. Our posted hours on the door are 8-12 1-5. The truck was driving around town when I got back from lunch so I know he was still in the area. We did have 5 empties that could have gone back with him.
No issues with the product so far and excellent customer service
