I like the text saying your coming. I like that I have the option to skip a delivery or change the date, if we're not going to be home. We've been using Culligan softener for 20+ years. We have been using the home delivery for almost 5. I find that we use less shampoo, laundry and dish soap with the soft water.

Definitely showed a huge improvement in my water within a few days. Installation was a little lengthy due to space constraints but executed very well. Have to wait until I receive a 6 month visit to assess furthur.
Six months into having my home RO - I am relatively pleased with the product. A few hiccups but nothing that was not easily remedied . I was fortunate to have had a Salesman who paid attention to details and a particular Technician that does the same but also “listens” to me- the customer. My concerns or questions don’t fall on deaf ears. He is patient in explaining trouble shooting - allowing me to become more comfortable with my newly purchased water system with all its components and variables. I understand that only time will present the various scenarios that could bring on mishaps or hiccups but Time brings Experience, brings Knowledge … but PATIENCE held by Technicians - that is the gift customers receive to which business/ corporations can prosper from long term.

From products to services excellent. Have never required an "equipment service call" and the service calls I need occur on schedule and free from a personal interruption. A "1st class" organization.
