Overall I like my water softening system. However, my recent delivery was not to my satisfaction. I was of the impression that my delivery would be early morning and I was heading out of town for the weekend. They did not come before I left at 11:00 a.m. When I returned home there were 4 - 40 lbs bags of salt on my porch. I live alone and it was very difficult for me to get those bags into my garage and now I have to get them to by basement and load into the salt container. Why would they not call or reschedule for another time when I was home.

We had a new well installed. Mike was very helpful outlining what was needed and the steps required. Quinton and Thai did a great job drilling the new well. Miguel and Johnathan did a great job installing the pump and making the electrical and plumbing connections to our existing sprinkler system. And a great job in follow-up and cleanup. A seamless installation, sooner than we predicted, and a flawless process. We are VERY PLEASED!!!
