Jeremiah was amazing. He was thorough in trying to solve the problem. He explained every step and why he was performing it ( we were present and asking questions) It was clear he was working hard to solve the dark water problem. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in performing his job. He made very sure prior to leaving that the numbers were all correct. My husband and I appreciated the work he did.

We have been getting too old to heft bags of salt around. Your prices are reasonable in doing that for us and we've used your service for many years. We appreciate your delivery man, he brings the salt into our home and down a flight of stairs to the basement where the water softener is located. We are always notified in advance when his day is scheduled and schedules are kept. We appreciate your service and never fail to recommend you to family & friends.

I like the fact that you call me every year to get my annual filter change. Techs are always professional and easy to work with.
My skin is soft after using Culligan soft water. Also, I used less detergent and soap in my washing machine and dishwasher due to having soft water in the house. Saves me money
