A zach was very friendly, seemed to know what he was doing, was polite, got the installation done very quickly. I had no problems. I was a very nice gentleman. I checked my water, checked everything that I thought was that he thought was necessary. I like the heads up I get prior to the delivery of salt and the filter change. You delivery person is very responsive to my requests as to the number of bags to put in the unit. We just had the water tested - waiting for a report - but verbal results indicated the pretreated water is still hard but not as hard as the original test.
The soft water makes such a difference, especially better on the skin. I also filter my drinking water, which also makes a health improvement. I always have good, responsive customer service with Culligan. And with real people, not machines.
