Easy for me to keep the softener filled. As a senior citizen I appreciate not having to move 40 pound bags, lifting them and getting the salt into the softener. Price is competitive with buying salt in a store. Scheduled delivery is maintained by Culligan. Great customer service starting with calling for delivery to the delivery person, courteous, happy, professional.
