Great customer service! If I need to make a change to my delivery, or have an issue, it is handled exceptionally well. Online billing via the Water Wizard is fast and simple. Only issue I have had is with late posting of payments. I have gone online to make a payment, only to find that my last payment hasn’t posted yet. Usually clears itself up in a few days, but is a pain when trying to determine exactly what you owe!

When my systems were first installed, I would receive phone calls when service was scheduled for both my RO and water softener systems. For the past several years, I am not on a call list for regular maintenance, i.e. filter changes, etc. I would appreciate have this scheduled service again.
Its great having a delivery driver like Ryan, we had several trucks to unload when he showed up so he had to wait for a forklift driver but he didnt mind at all. These semi truck drivers definitely wouldn't be nearly as fine with waiting as he is so we appriciate it!
