I love the water and how it tastes. Also the delivery driver has been amazing since I moved last Jan. Never missing a delivery and he even called me once when our gate code changed so I could give him the code. I had forgotten to update it online. Very happy with the service.

The convenience of having our salt delivered. We’re not getting any younger and my husband has not been able to carry the salt bags downstairs for a long time now, and I just can’t, too heavy.
I really love our new system we had installed after our old one was ruined by a problem we had with the well a few years ago. This system uses a third of the salt we used to.
All of the employees in and out of the office are always very friendly, polite and helpful.

Promptness and completeness of job. Driver always takes the time to place new jugs where we have designated and return empty jugs. He is very courteous and polite.

The service tech was professional, and didn't leave a mess or anything. The machine we got as a replacement is a little bit rougher on the outside than our previous one, but it seems to be a good machine, albeit it is a bit louder than our previous machine when dispensing water and ice.

We have had good luck with our Maytag appliances ..stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. We also rent water softener and water filtering system. Service has been great and those.
