I had an install on 2/17. My installers were Jose and Nathan. I was very pleased with the install because Jose found an alternative to running the pipes because it was a leak at the first option. Jose asked to check inside my garage and that is where they installed the pipes. I was grateful for Jose. He did an excellent job. I totally recommend him. Jose went above and beyond to find a resolution.

I liked Simon. He helped me with some other other understandings about what my what the soft water will be doing to my pipes which is making them not have to use the hard water. OK I’m happy with the way. The water pressure is coming out and I think that this will be a very valuable Product to add to my to the longevity of my water pipes.

Service man, Chuck Hayes, showed up on time and we had a good consult about my water issue. He serviced our injector pump and made a new recommendation for soda ash dosage.
He installed the unit in 2007 and so was quite familiar with it. Always does a conscientious job.

Chris did the install. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and he was also meticulous in cleaning up the work site.
service was done professionally and quickly. the Tech. knew what he was doing and did it because of his experience. don't recall his name but did a very efficient job.
the first tech addressed the problem and because he did not have the part we had to reschedule which put us about a week further than completion. no problem. we simply by passed the system and when the second tech arrived in a week he had the part and bingo done.

I have soft water delivered. They are always on time. Although the price has increased, it wasn't that much of an increase. Living in La Crescenta Montrose area our water is extremely hard and Culligan's soft water is a welcome change from the hard water.
