The fact that you keep on top of our delivery of water and that I don't even have to think about it. I do wish that you were more lenant on the payment due by the 15th, it does make it a rush job for payment so that we don't get a late fee.

Harden was a very personable installer who answered all our questions and showed up on time. We’re happy that the arsenic in our water will be eradicated and we’ll be drinking healthier water. They will call us in one year to change out the filters that are necessary.

You have the best customer service, and the loveliest delivery men. I appreciate how they let me know they’re here, and then fill our salt container and remove the bags. It would be challenging for me to do this on my own, so I’m very grateful regarding this level of service. Thank you.

The entire process from talking to the sales rep and deciding on what solution we wanted to the installation was seamless. Everyone was so good to work with. And most importantly, we love our new clean water.

The tech was prompt and courteous. He called to give a heads up regarding his arrival. He filled the tank and tested my water. Everything went smoothly. I couldn’t be more pleased.

We really like having our water dispenser from Culligan and having the water delivered once a month. The service is convenient and easy and worth the money. To not have hundreds of plastic bottles of water to recycle every month and simply have the jugs delivered is a huge plus . Highly recommended. 5 plus stars .

They are always friendly and helpful whenever I call with a question. This last time I called we were out of water and not scheduled to have a delivery for a month and a half. They scheduled a delivery for the next day and then changed the service delivery's so that we wouldn't run out again. The gentleman that did the delivery was very nice and even installed the new water jug without being ask.
