Everyone was friendly and helpful when I stopped by the store to ask questions. Someone came to my parents house the next day. Explained everything. In a couple of days the guy came and installed the new water softner.It was a lot of hard work for him in a tight space. He also had to cut alot of pipes. Hard worker. very patient and understanding.

I liked your technician, jacob, he came and was very thorough with my repair. He was pleasant. You've been so happy so, and I highly recommend him. And he found additional problem in my system out back in a late to fix that. And he left my house. Probably a quarter to 7 tonight, so he worked late and I was very happy with his work.
