Our delivery driver is fantastic! He always brings the bottles right to our door and if we are home, he brings them inside for us! Also, on one recent delivery after the schedule change, we forgot to put our empties out and we waved him down as he was pulling away and he graciously stopped and came back to pick up our empties! Just a nice friendly person who really seems to care!!! A+
Also, anytime I call with a question, or a delivery amount change or ask if I can stop in and do a swap because we run out early, the office staff respond immediately and are super helpful and attentive! You have great people working in the Wheeling location and we are happy to continue our service and I have highly recommended you to others!

Was able to schedule a service checkup fairly quickly. Service personnel were on time and seemed to know what they were about.
We are very happy with the service. Kyle is always very friendly and helpful. I like the reminder the day before about our delivery. If for some reason we need to change our scheduled delivery it is not a problem. Also the water taste good as well.
