The products always work and the service team is very responsive.
Everyone very nice and professional. Always do a great job. Only complaint is we were told our new filter would have an empty spot for a new filter should any other chemicals come out into the public eye. This is not the case. But I would still have purcahsed the unit and will talk with my rep hopefully when they follow up with us.

Every person I've spoken with at the company has been very friendly and helpful. The product warranty is an added piece of mind on my home investment. Casey the installer was fast, clean and made sure to completely explain the system to me before leaving.
Dalton was excellent. He took the time to show me how the system functions. He knew right off the source of the problem we have been experiencing. He performed the work, then verified that our water pressure was normal with the water softener operating. Dalton also made sure the work area was cleaned up before he left. I am very pleased with the service today. Thank you.

Ryan is very efficient
Mostly I like that I don't have to carry 40# salt bags down my stairs. The service is good when I call they let me know when they will be here.
As far as the product, I have nothing to compare it to.
