They don’t oversell and stand behind the products they sell. I rent a water softener and needed service and it was determined the system I had was overkill for the house and number of occupants living there. They explained other options and a more efficient machine was installed in two weeks.

Karen was so knowledgeable and found my old system was plumbed in backwards. She tested my water and listened to the issues I told her I was having. She thoroughly explained everything to me and why she was making the recommendations she did. Bill installed my new system. He was quick but thorough, showed me how to use the new system and change the filter, and made the new plumbing neat and organized. Karen followed up and tested my water again a few weeks after installation to make sure everything was working properly and went through any questions I had. I am very happy with the level of service from Culligan.
