Jake who quoted us and Wyatt who installed for us were both AWESOME. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We never felt pressured. We are already loving our water softening and RO systems. I also like that renting the equipment was an option, and that Culligan does the salt and filter maintenance. Great folks working for a great company.
The gentleman who delivers the product is always here on the scheduled date; he is knowledgeable about the product and service and promotes great customer service.

But, if you want to know how Culligan can improve their service, my suggestion would be a retraining program for customer service personnel. They could use additional instruction on how to respond to a customer issue/complaint. There are four key elements in a successful resolution of a customer issue:
(1) LISTEN without interruption or preparing excuses.
(2) ACKNOWLEDGE which means repeat back what has been
said so that the customer knows you understand.
(3) EXPLORE means research the issue thoroughly to
gather all the facts before you...
(4) RESPOND to the customer with the results of your fact finding
mission. Provide a solution.
Also important: NEVER MESS UP AN APOLOGY WITH EXCUSES. APOLOGIZE AND LET IT BE THE FINAL WORD.

Communication with the office for services is always a pleasure.
We recently had a sale delivery that couldn’t be completed due to my own fault, being late to receive the order. I called into the office to request a different date to have the heavy bags of salt to be brought inside and placed in the bin. Setting a date to do so was easy and the delivery was smooth and the interaction was friendly and helpful.

Culligan crew, We are satisfied and enjoying the Reverse Osmosis system installed at our home last summer. Last week we needed to replace our water softener and chose a Culligan system. Thank you to Olivia at the front desk, Brian for testing our water and answering questions and Kevin efficiently taking out our old softener then, installing the new softener and answering all of our questions about this water softener. Also, we appreciate the disposing of our old softener as well.
