Joseph Gomez was fantastic. He did a great job installing the new controller for my softener and then explaining how it worked and how I could control the degree of softness in my water. He was pleasant, professional, and completed his work in a timely manner.
Our system was not working at all and the young man named marvin came and it's pairing perfectly now.
We have extremely hard well water and your softener system takes away the hardness and the orange residue.

I can’t love enough the water filtration n softener system Cullighan installed. My water tastes GOOD right out of the faucet! My skin isn’t as dry and I know it is better for my appliances. I pay to have them reloadthe salt because I am 71 n could in no way manage a 40 lb bag of salt! They send. a schedule of when they will come to ensure the door to my storage room is unlocked. I could not be happier!
Our unit was purchased 10+ years ago. So far it has been reliable. Our salt delivery person is so easy to work with and does a very good job letting us know the condition of our equipment. If he does not know the answers to our questions, he is resourceful in finding the information we need.
