We started your service in March 2026. In June we were having a problem of running out of soft water before our next delivery,I tested it myself. I contacted your office and spoke with Amber Garcia. I voiced my concern about the situation and she documented my concern and told me to keep her updated on the situation. In July I tested the water again and no soft water, so I talked with her again and she suggested we get tested tanks. She was very apologetic and wanted very much to fix the problem. She gave me a credit on my bill, which I greatly appreciate, but I really want the soft water to last by each delivery. I would like to Thank Amber personally, Amber is very friendly and professional. Excellent customer service.

I usually order and dante today was especially good um, once while it does take a little longer actually uh for me to get my water after I call in just because of the routing um but general, well please with the water i get service I get from culligan.

Timely service every month and rapid response to any problems.
Tech and supervisior were super professional. Supervisor spent time teaching tech on how to operate equipment and identified that previous techs had left water softener bypass on for 2 months. Supervisor explained that the bypass should not have been left on because it could damage filters.
