We had Andy D. come and inspect why are light on drinking water system in kitchen wasn’t working. He found quickly system needed batteries replaed. He already had them with him. He not only replaced them and got it working but inspected the system to make sure everything was working right.

We’ve had Culligan products in all our homes for the past 30+ years. Culligan is a MUST for healthy hair and skin.
The price is fair and the water tastes great. There is a lot of confusion as to how to set a water softener. So to avoid that we rent and leave the service and troubles to Culligan. Current set up is a rental of a softener and reverse osmosis system.
The service man who came to our house was very nice and friendly. He answered questions that we had and was very helpful and knowledgable. He has a very pleasant personality.

The water softening system we purchased seems to be an excellent quality product and it works very well. It's especially efficient in its salt usage. Any time I've had a question I've received an answer in a reasonable time frame. Salt delivery is reliable and all the employees that I've interacted with have been professional and helpful.

Culligan crew, We are satisfied and enjoying the Reverse Osmosis system installed at our home last summer. Last week we needed to replace our water softener and chose a Culligan system. Thank you to Olivia at the front desk, Brian for testing our water and answering questions and Kevin efficiently taking out our old softener then, installing the new softener and answering all of our questions about this water softener. Also, we appreciate the disposing of our old softener as well.
