I always receive good customer service but today Shaquoia went above and beyond! She resolved my problem, got me scheduled for service, updated my account, called me back to confirm a new appointment - all with a positive attitude and I could hear the smile on her face when we talked.

our water heater was leaking. Culligan came and replaced it the day after I called. Upon taking the old one out to the truck the bottom. GREAT SERVICE !
The delivery man was very friendly and polite. He brought the salt into my garage for me and checked to see if the tank needed any. Thank you. It is hard gor me to carry those bags and he brought them in for me. Thanks
I have no problems as to the service. Salt deliveries are regular and any problems i have are rectified without any hassles.

A big thank you to Matt and Kyle who installed my new water softener today. They were efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Upon completion, they notified me so I could ask any questions and see the results of the install. Matt had made a few recommendations prior to the install regarding my electrical panel which proved to be very beneficial for all.
