We enjoy not only the water, but the service is outstanding! Tony is the person who does the delivery. He is always kind, professional and on time w/the delivery. He is focused and ensures the delivery is placed correctly and includes the correct number of bottles of water. He does not linger or loiter during the delivery. He is down to business. He comes in; speaks, conducts the delivery and says good-bye when he is done. If only other businesses practiced the same protocol when delivering goods and/or services. We are most pleased and we wish to have him as our delivery person as long as we utilize the Culligan Service. He deserves great recognition and whatever bonus granted to those who perform at their optimum best.

We live in a development that was formally a gravel pit, so the water was extremely hard. If it wasn’t for your water softener, my hair would look like straw and my skin would be very dried out. Anytime we have friends staying over, they always marvel about how great our water is, and I always tell them we have a water softener system.The service is also exceptional, and your technicians are always thoughtful and wear booties when they enter our house.
They communicate in advance of delivery very well so we know when to expect them and have our empty water jugs set outside. The drivers are friendly and our dog is given a cookie. They email an invoice shortly after delivery. Easy peasy. We get their spring water which is refreshing. It makes great coffee and tea, and I like plain hot water with lemon.
Everyone is so friendly, helpful and respectful. Always on time and willing to help however they can. Our delivery guy John is awesome. He’s polite and respectful! Thank you John!
