The product works well and the service was good. I like that the delivery person took the salt downstairs for me.
The invoice for the service shows that a check of some water softener function being done at no charge, but that did not happen. I was offered a packet of something to clean the water softener and there was no mention of a charge for that. When I got the invoice there was a eight dollar and 75 cent charge. I guess I should have asked.
