I have now transitioned 3 clinics from previous EMR software systems to Raintree. The assistance I have received from Raintree provided great value for smooth transitions. There are always bumps when moving to a new system. Once the new members of the clinic are trained and working within Raintree, all of the anxiety of transitioning and training become less cumbersome. The conversion notes are easy to use and work well along with the ease of faxing outbound and inbound, note routing, texting and reporting. Raintree listens to their clients and has the most up-to-date modern features to help keep their clients from following behind or through the crack of technology. Yes, I would definitely recommend Raintree.

Rapid response last Thursday during an unstoppable printing fiasco. Not sure how/why it started but Raintree assisted in stopping the problem.
Your representatives including Jatin and others get things done. You guys are always there to help and thoroughly research any issues. And support that's one important thing for customer service, but you also have one of the best products out there.
