Great product support and training
The customer service and the powerful features built into Raintree that are cutting edge. I love that all of the billing, scheduling, and clinical notes are all in 1 system and not multiple separate systems. It's also easy to navigate from one area to another within Raintree from the Ledger to Insurance or Auths, etc.
I love Raintree. I've been on Raintree for 18 years now. It just keeps getting better. I recommend it to everyone. The technology is second to none.
