Customer Service is excellent
We have really appreciated working with Angelique Trongo. She knows the product and is able to answer questions in a timely manner. If there are things she is not sure about, she quickly researches the issue and reports back.
Angelique, Krista, and Shelley have all been very helpful and have arranged training times that work best for us. This is expecially appreciated knowing that our compainies are on opposite coasts. Sometimes, your implementation team started very early in the morning to accomodate us.

I am going to give a shout out to all of you that I can remember. Please do not feel left out if I forget one of you that helped me. I might remember the next time :)
BIG kudos to Tim McElroy - I have not had much opportunity to call on you but you performed a small miracle when I sent in the SOS. Our surgeons log in from the website when they are at the facilities in the surgery suites. On one particular day, they were unable to do so. It became my urgent emergency. Tim came through. Thank you!
Next thank you goes to Jatin Burman - you are always so gracious when you speak with us. Even though the problem turned out to be "user impatience", you let us off the hook with our dignity intact.

I love that we actually have the ability to communicate directly with the programmers on individual custom programming and on the weekly Raintree live webinars. It is wonderfully helpful to sometimes get the perspective from which the program was designed to work under what conditions. It is evident in the final product and the consistent upgrades that the programmers also take the community collaboration mentality to heart.
I have been with Raintree since 1999 and while there are a few things I would change here and there, overall I have been happy. I am most happy to have Yvonne as my contact person. She is the best one I've had since Frankie.

Customer service has always been great. I have never had a bad experience with any of my calls. If I have a question about something and the person taking my call does not know the answer they have always been very honest with me and explained that it was going to require them getting assistance from another resource. We have typically worked with Morgan for a lot of our calls and she has always been very professional and quick to get answers for us.

I really enjoy the weekly webinars. I try to make it to all of them but I don't always get the opportunity to do so. I know the videos are available to watch when I do miss them but I am not good about watching them either. I am glad they are there for us if we want them.
I don't like calling in when I need help because generally I end up having to create a case anyway because there isn't anyone available to help that is knowledgeable with the issue I have at that particular moment.

I like being able to do several tasks from on system. All representatives that I've spoken to have been friendly & helpful to the best of their ability. We did just recently have an instance where a conversion was mistakenly run our system and it wiped out our communication preferences. Although this could not be fixed and was not our error your representatives did what they could to lessen our work in the correction process.
The product is great. I enjoy working with all the employees. The employees are always friendly and accommodating and are very helpful to answer our questions and work through any issues with us.
