Raintree has shown itself to be very flexible and easily customized. I have been really impressed by the processes which RT has been able to "automate" for us, cutting out steps has been great for our efficiency. Nina Stewart's onsite training post implementation was really helpful, I thought she did a great job of packing in as much as she could over 2 days. Well worth the money paid.

I recommend RT to others all of the time. I personally feel it is the most comprehensive yet flexible platform for PT (at least that I know of). Kathryn is a joy to work with.
I am able to always speak with a representative, hold time has been less than 1 minute. Representatives seem to fix the issue while I am on phone with them.

The system has been easy to navigate and it is completely customizable. We use the system a little different than most providers and it has worked well with all of the special challenges we have needed.
