The Enterprise team is great since we have gone onto it. Interaction with the CSA team members and engineer has made the Raintree experience great. We have broken down our CSA interactions into two sections. The first is interaction with CSA regarding Raintree issues and package updates.
The second is what I call my wish list. Interaction with the CSA [Teresa English] and Engineer [Gerold] to have them work on custom items that we would like to have in order make Raintree better for our organization. So far everything that I have given [Gerold] he has accompished.

Your customer service has always been very pleasant and courteous. At times I experienced a delay in response to some of my questions, but those were questions that had to be referred on to somebody else. Otherwise, very supportive.
I love that it has a small business feel. I see the same names and faces at User Conference and helping me in Netsuite. It makes me feel more connected and like I'm not just a number. I also love that the engineers come to Conference and that you are constantly working to make the system exactly what we need. Thanks!
Morgan Teague has been a huge help to us! She is a wonderful CSA. If she doesn't know an answer, she gets one as quickly as possible. We never have to wait on her to respond to us!

Very helpful and up to date
I would recommend that ZirMed and Raintree have dedicated sales and implementation people that can fully show you the how the 2 work together. ZirMed sales and implementation people do not have any first hand knowledge of Raintree. A person from each company should work together behind the scenes to make the transition between the 2 easier.
There are so many that help me. Most recently, the most incredible Raintree staff held our hands through every step of the 500 upgrade. That would be Indu, Amy, Stacy, and Michelle. They went above and beyond with every encounter. Nina was the glue that kept us all together and moving forward. I know that there have been many more behind the scenes that deserve our appreciation.
The help continued while we were at the conference. A special thank you to Lorraine and Siim for the time you both spent with me on Re-edition. A huge thank you to Nina, Stacy, Indu, and Amy for meeting with our providers to resolve their list of items that came up after our go live. It made such a difference. (Sorry if it turned out to be mostly end user related)
