The RT product is great software and the team is committed to improving the software and makes a lot of effort to do so. I think in the past 3 months there has been an improvement in response time in netsuite. Also I can't speak highly enough about Kathryn. She is in touch with therapy practices and understands our concerns and works very hard to make everything go smoothly. If I had to say how things could improve even more would be to have a programmer available to work more regularly on enhancements.

As an example, I appreciate the very quick response I got just this week to my request for a Raintree document. In the past when I made this same request, it took several weeks. This time, it was done the same day.

The representatives of Raintree are prompt and courteous. They make obvious efforts to provide the best program and services.
They are quite detailed and will work with you until the issue is resolved. They also help you to understand the how and why so that the customer is empowered to be able to do more things within the software.

Presently I am very pleased with my Rep Mary Hunsaker and Kriti Kheara they have been very helpful in getting our program in to custom. They are both aware of compication I have been having and doing everthing they can to fix.
tech support for our hosted server is amazing, with fast and professional service everytime we have needed it. In addition, our development and support teams (Karen spurlock,the entire team in Estonia , especially Rait and Kalmer, and many others in Temecula etc) show a passion and dedication for what they do that is remarkable.
