The representatives that I have spoken to are all patient and helpful to answer my questions. I also appreciate the extra step Raintree takes to make sure the cases have been completed and ask if I have additional questions. I like everything. I was fortunate enough to have been able to attend an ACE class instructed by Jason Donahue and learned SOOOOOO much. I would suggest all companies send a rep to these courses.
It is a very user friendly system to use and if we ever have a problem or issue it does not take long for someone to contact us after a case has been put in or if we should have to call customer service they are always very friendly, eager to help and get the issue resolved quickly.
When we have a problem and or issue the help desk works fast and if they cannot help we can add a case to Raintree and within a few weeks you fix it. Great work

Representatives work right along side our team and feel like members of our team since they make every effort to help us along in accomplishing our goals and often suggest methods that we may not have thought to use otherwise. I also really like the Raintree live sessions that are used to highlight some of the innovative features that other users and organizations have used to improve efficiencies and work flows. Raintree as a company does a great job of fostering a collaborative group of users across the country by using the Raintree live sessions to gather and disseminate information for folks that actually interact with the software for its intended uses on a daily basis. You are extremely responsive and in tune to the needs and potential desires of your clients.
