Generally there is a quick turnaround time for our cases. The representatives are knowledgeable. I recently had a case worked by Chris Long. He called me and shadowed to make sure I understood his reply to my case. I like that as sometime you might not understand the reply, or RT rep may think it is fixed, but we are still having issues. He was very helpful.
