I like the personal attention that I receive for any issue. Raintree is very responsive and they go the extra mile to address problems. The Raintree staff are very service oriented and friendly. It is the personal connections that I have made that will retain customer loyalty from me.

I like that regular weekly meetings are scheduled with our CSA; and having a CSE assigned allows cases to be resolved more quickly. Our regular Raintree coordinator is out sick, and Yvonne quickly and easily walked me through how to make a simple change, so I am able to do what needs to be done in order to get statements printed (Case 85256).
