Very friendly, outgoing, and resolve issues as quickly as possible. My only "negative" if I can even say that at this point is dealing with Raintree going through the go global interface for Mac users, and getting that bit sorted out for a more user friendly platform moving forward, so it can function more streamline like the PC version of Raintree. The PC users in my company, All About Speech & Language, have way less "issues" using Raintree than our mac/apple users. Otherwise, this EMR system has been great and my office manger and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Shelley throughout our set up process and she made things so easy for us and continues to be in touch when we reach out to her with any questions. Thanks for everything!
I really like the program - makes billing clean - I just wish is was not DOS based so I could access anywhere when I need to.
The representatives are very professional and are usually able to help with whatever my issue may be at that time.

I have seen a lot of growth in the company in our 6 year relationship. Customer service is a lot more responsive. I see Raintree as a huge program with a lot of moving parts. Every upgrade has a few issues which when resolved leave a greatly improved product. I just recommended you to two companies in the past week.

As a former traveling PT who is now in management, I am impressed with the EMR software itself and the therapy specific documentation environment and functionality. After working with Cerner, Soarian, EPIC, and other EMRs, I am amazed at Raintree's therapist friendly system.
Of course, the coordinated billing and Zirmed clearinghouse working directly with the documentation system are incredible and I appreciate how they are all housed together in a single EMR system.
I am also impressed with the companies that Raintree has partnered to provide all related therapy services. I LOVE how HEPs are directly linked to the medical record.
I am currently looking at efficiency for our supply chain and it is wonderful to have FEI recommended by Raintree. I will definitely check with them as I investigate pricing.
