The RCM tools have allowed me to complete/collect more with less staff due to the automation such as batch billing and remit posting.
Working with Attie Pelnar, Rebecca VanScoy and Maria Stearns has been great and they have been good resources for me to keep all things billing improving.
There is still so much slow down on any issues that have to be worked on by engineers. Although several staff like Donna Rhodes, Brett and Lindsey have taken time to outline/explain/answer about the newer SOW process the one thing that remains missing is actual dates and times thru the process. It would be great if the comments on a case stated what sprint our item is assigned to along with the ETA for the sprint to start & finish and the likelihood it's resolved on that 1 sprint or how many sprints you think it will take.
Responses on case have improved but there are still some that I don't think are properly handled as far as troubleshooting goes. To reiterate a call we had with Brett-Jon Elcock and I do pretty thorough testing before putting up a case. There is always a possibility we missed something in our review but we typically talk thru the issues together to use both of our expertise to see if we can fix it ourselves.
I love how customizable the system is. There are countless features to help with therapist efficiency!
Representativves are very helpful. We are a little concerned that we get different answers from different representatives when it comes to what drives notifications to families. What needs to be checked for a family member to get a statement, a credit card receipt, appointment remider, or to get blast text messages or emails.
We have changed our set up repeatedly over the past 10 months trying to find what works and we still have parents stating they do not get statements, reminders or emails.
Obviously the statements are the most concerning but a step by step guide to how to set up client/family members (pediatrics) would be helpful. It would also be useful when a family requests to change thier profile set up, so we can tell them what it will cause them to miss.

Working alongside Clarissa Lopez has been a dream! Her communication skills, willingness to assist, and continual support has provided a great working relationship and environment when working to provide solutions to our team.
I work in the Marketing Department and I like all the communication options that I have with patients and the reporting that can be done.
Set up and some functions of Raintree were a bit complicated and we've had some glitches/problems, but customer support is readily available to help. We have had rare/no instances of the system being "down". Robust reporting options. Integrated system for promotions/campaigns through connect is convenient.
Responses to our cases have been very quick and thorough. And, as always, everyone is always nice!
