We love the support and custom-ability of the product! However, we have experienced a few cases that have been opened, attended to and fixed, and then the problem returns 2-4 weeks later. A little frustrating, but not a deal breaker.

From implementation to new interfaces the different team members have been great to work with. Raintree is user friendly. I like the simplicity of the EMR as well as the PM. I have worked in many other systems and Raintree is by far the best one i have seen.
Representatives are great. When ever I call with questions they are very helpful with whatever it is that I need. They will walk you through things so you can learn how to do it yourself. All the representatives from Raintree I have spoken with are always very nice and willing to help
