The following comments were submitted by our customers when asked to provide feedback on our service. After the inspection, we drove to our campsite. The water pump was left on and, because it was stored for the winter, there was no liquid for it to pump, it was running dry. I was close to the propane door and smelled a slight odor of propane. I found that the valve was not totally open and not totally closed--left somewhere in between. Further examination revealed that the fitting to the tank was loose. The RV is at the campsite but not hooked up. Makes me wonder what else I will find since either of these things is easily on the inspector's check list.
The panel lights were left on--not really a problem, but the light indicating the pump was on was lit. A simple glance at the panel would have indicated the water pump was left on and it could have been shut off right there.
This is not what I have experienced in the past from the Amsterdam Alpin Haus !!!

Purchased our second travel trailer from Alpin Haus. It was a much better experience than our first (from a different dealer). Staff were knowledgeable and friendly all around from sales, administrative and service staff. Would definitely recommend Alpin Haus.

You didn't have parts available...even when you knew what was the problem was...It will cost us clise to $200 in diesel to return when you get the parts in.
We like the Jayco. But the customer service was very good. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable.
I have been very satisfied, this far, with Alpin Haus RV Service Dept. I feel the Service Advisers listen and give good guidance as to appropriate service.

Service I can’t use my trailer it’s packed up waiting for u people to take n repair. Was supposed to be taken 4/18. It’s currently still sitting on site. Excuse was driver had family issues . Not my problem . Get another driver. U people knew about issues with my trailer since last year

We just went on our first trip with our new rv and loved every minute! We couldn't be happier with our experience at alpin haus. The sales team, finance team, technicians who answered all of our questions at pick up, retail shop, reception, everyone we ran into were fabulous to work with! Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for an rv!
Heather was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Kyle did an excellent job working with us on financing aspect. Bill was great on explaining and answering all our questions during our walk through.
Heather went over and beyond to make us comfortable with the purchase we were making. Can not say enough in the confidence this young women has in the job she does. We will definitely come back again to her when it is time to upgrade.
Every year we bring the camper and always have problems. Never got a call that the camper was even finished. Left messages but no call back. Camper was supposed to be finished Friday and finally got a person on the phone Tuesday. Customer service is not a high priority for your service department

Hours are bad for working people seemed like we were pushed and rushed to make decision. Extremely busy and didn't have time to explore more options because someone needed to bring us to rvs to look at them . Issues we saw with rv pretty much were told that's how it was made.
We've already recommended Alpin Haus a dozen times. The team is fantastic!
John was super friendly and knowledgeable during my recent site service appointment. I appreciate the tips and suggestions that John shared for maintaining my travel trailer.
You don't want to hear what I have to say
It is a bit of an ongoing problem. EVERY time we bring our RV in for service (or in this case, a site visit- to complete some warranty repairs and install a topper) there is a "wrinkle."
1. Helped themselves to a "credit card on file" to bill for service that we did not authorize
(Approx 2018.) After a small battle we got that corrected.
2. Brought our new Jayco motorhome in for service (approx 2018 as well) and they broke or
destroyed more than they repaired. Promised the moon that they would do everything to
make it right. Eventually the parts came in (for the items they broke) and the repairs were
completed. (-) the carpet that they destroyed with greasy/oily boots.
This time it was a credit card (again.) They swiped our credit card twice. I am told the first one was declined but it is still showing in our bank statement 4 days later.
John (repairman) was fantastic, friendly and quick. Knocked everything out in under three hours.
We noticed after he left that the belly pan that was accessed to repair an warranty electrical issue, was left with a rather significant gap that did not exist prior to the visit and concerned that it is a pathway for critters to enter. We went to great lengths to seal everything to avoid that.
I will try to take care of it myself rather than go through the hassle of trying to get another visit covered.
So that this review is not all negative- They were able to get the site visit covered under the warranty with the manufacturer. Saved us $150. THANK YOU!!! The charge for the Slide topper also came in $40 under the quoted price. Thank you 2x.

Great all around facility and very "happy camper"!
1) Charged my credit card 7 days ago and I have yet to see an invoice or find out what work was completed for the $453 charge.
2) Ignored extended warranty work that needed to be completed to replace a vent. Every time I need warranty work done, I run into this. I was advised by an attorney to go to small claims court because the contract I paid for is not being honored. He also advised that I should not be charged for diagnosing a warranty issue.
3) Problem with a staff member in the service dept. that I felt was condescending toward me. Treatment of customers matters!
When you quote a price to do a job, stick to it. Don't make the customer have to fight to have you do right. Otherwise, you have been great to work with.
