The sales person was great, there are two places I have concerns, I had an allowance for accessories built into the loan and I didn't use the entire thing but was told I can't use the remaining for ancillary accessories so what the rest a tip? I also inquired about the battery situation as I was told that the sale included a 2 bank battery but when I picked up my camper it only had 1 one it. I inquired about it and the person that was explaining my camper to me told me that two would not fit, well that all well and good but I still feel I am at the very least entitled to that second battery as it was originally part of the sale and I paid for it.
The last thing was the explanation of the camper, although mostly he did a good job but there are thing that he missed the different types of outlets among other things. I fell like they assume that everyone has owned a camper and this should be common knowledge.
Communication was terrible and the price is rather high. Things were ripped off the toilet and thrown in the table area when I didn't even know I had a toilet problem. For the money I paid I shouldn't have to pull toothbrushes that we're in a place off the floor. I want you to change your voicemail, nobody gets back to you day of and be more considerate next time.
Arrived on schedule and fixed the issues in a professional manner
Great sales and manager I cha he’s my mind 2 or 3 times based on my own funding and they were able to work with me with the numbers I went to 3 dealerships and made my final decision and purchase with pat and Joshua business manager. Great people no pressure very family orientated business people.
Great service! Caring and knowledgeable staff. I always leave feeling that they really care about me, my experience, my trailer, and my safety. Keep it up.

We had a very positive experience. We had gone to Camp World and even put a deposit on a TT, but as soon as we were contacted by Nick in answer to our on-line inquiry regarding a Grand Design Imagine we felt our experience was going to be totally different, and it was! Nick scheduled an appointment immediately on our timeframe, stayed late on a Saturday and had our Imagine prepped and ready for pick-up in a week. We are very pleased with everyone we dealt with.

The service dept is the best around, Scott and the other guys are awesome to deal with and very polite and responsive. It’s a joy to go there.
I bought a slide topper, and drove my camper there for them to install it. I waited 2 and half hours, and it was done. Great customer service!
I love the customer service at Allin Haus and how amazing Charles was walking us through the process of purchasing our first RV. Lance’s training was also amazing.
I had my 5th wheel there for forever warranty and also a recall on my refrigerator While unhooking my 5th wheel your employee informed me that I had the wrong capture plate on the pin box, it has always been hard to unhook. After a long discussion I told them while they had the trailer to order me the right capture plate. When I went to pickup the trailer I noticed the new plate was the same as the old plate.when I asked they told me it is the one your pin box calls for. Why didn’t I receive a call to inform me of that before they installed the new one. Your service guy tried to inform me that he did in fact tell me over the phone that it was the same, He hadn’t even ordered the plate when he said he told me it might be the same. I had another appointment that I had to get to so I left.

Service dept didn't return phone calls for over 5 days until we reached out to Amsterdam store who set up our appt for us. Have been there multiple times and glide still not working. Very frustrated wish we'd never purchased this camper. Sales was great. Service not so much
I had my camper in for a recal and some sercvice. The work was done quickly and profesionaly.
After shopping/looking at other company products , camper’s and RV’s we concluded that “ Grand Design, Solitude “ was the future RV for traveling the States, going into “ traveling nurse contracts “.
Talking with Greg of Alpin Haus in Amsterdam, NY came straight forward no BS sales approach and assured us that we are making the right decision, after 6 weeks Greg texted me about the new 2022.

I’m a new comer to RVing,but traveled with family and friends.
Dave, our Salesrep, took the time to show us the campers we thought we wanted but as we went along he listened to what we really needed and showed us the perfect camper for what we needed.
During delivery, Lance and Dominic took their time with us. They answered every question (and we asked a lot) patiently. Lance spent a lot of time making sure we understood and were comfortable with every aspect of hooking up and operating our camper. Simply outstanding.

It took over 3 weeks for my husband to finally talk to someone to schedule an appointment for our trailer. Multiple calls and messages made to service and never received a call back. Then, we had to make multiple calls 2 days later to ask when we can finally get our trailer when it’s usually completed in one day. We had to call apologizing to the sales department out of desperation to connect with someone from your company. This is our third year completing our annual inspection and this year was the difficult to schedule and get our camper back.
Most everything concerning my service call was satisfactory. I say most everything because the one issue I had was making contact with a representative. It is almost impossible to reach anyone via telephone. You need to leave a message an hope that someone will return your call.
The phone/answering system is totally unsatisfactory.
