We came to pick up our RV only to find it was totally scratched on one side. The assistant service manager ensured it would corrected, well it was buffed but now we have blemishes all over the spots they buffed. We live an hour away so it was a wasted trip and very disappointing to find out practically new camper damaged while at your shop
You got us right in for new batteries for our motorhome and everyone was very friendly. Thank you.

Recently had RV serviced for Forever Warranty. I didn't realize the service location was separate from the sales location, and I got a bit panicked when I couldn't find my RV at the sales location. They had send me a reminder of the location in a text, but I didn't notice it was a different address. Glad my RV was safe and sound and I was able to find the service location easy enough the following day, but did cause some panic on my end when I couldn't find my RV when I went to pick it up at the sales location.
Brian in service is the man, very easy to work with, always keeps me updated on what’s going on, super nice guy.
Picked up camper that was dropped off on October 2022 on April 28th 2023. Camper was in for damage repairs that happened during previous service visit which I had to fight to get repairs completed by Alpin Haus since it was not damaged when I dropped it off and was when I picked it up. Also minor service repair was needed to wardrobe slide while it was in for the repairs. When I picked up the camper on April 28th I was not provided any paperwork to document what repairs happened and was very hard to find anybody in the service department at the time I picked it up around 11:30AM. The capture plate was missing from the hitch and not in the camper anywhere to be found. I had to get the service manager to find out where it was which was left in the back of a truck and the lock nut was missing from the lock bolt to which the person who brought it out to me went and found one then asked me for my tools to install it back on the camper. When I was waiting for the capture plate to be located I noticed the front compartment door was damaged as if something hit it which was not that way when I dropped it off in October. After noticing this I went inside to inspect the wardrobe slide and nothing was fixed on that either during the visit. I went back into the service dept to get the service manager to show him the new damage now present on the camper and discuss what was going to be done to fix it. So camper was purchased new from the January 2022 show in Saratoga and had been in for service twice and both times was damaged by somebody from or at Aplin Haus. Very unhappy with having this camper at Aplin Haus for any service as I cant trust that its not going to be in worse shape then when I brought it in. Had major issues with finance manager in Wilton/Saratoga location when we signed the paperwork for the camper last year being obnoxious to us buying our first RV and then getting a camper that didn't come with all its standard features that were listed on it only to be told the dealer was credited for the missing rear ladder but never marked down the unit any lower then the ones in stock that had a rear ladder. Also was told the RV was being sold with two new AGM batteries when we signed the paperwork and then after to be told this would be an upcharge and I would have to pay the difference. From day two of dealing with Alpin Haus on this $55,000.00 Keystone Cougar Fifth wheel it has been nothing but a hassle and agervation. Lots of time fighting on the phone to get the first damage repair covered and then only to have it be damaged again is unacceptable and I can not in good conscious recommend anybody do business with Alpin Haus.
Material was ordered and received quickly.
Installation was completed on time and as promised.

We had a GREAT experience at Alpin Haus. We saw a camper online on a Thursday afternoon, reached out and worked with James, he was able to answer all our questions. We worked with Kyle on the financing and put down a deposit and said we would like to come in on Sat. whereas we were driving 4 hrs to get there. That didn’t give Jeff (the tech) much time to go through it but he did, and did a great job touching up the things that needed attention. He was still working on it when we got there Sat morning. He did a great job on the walkthru and explaining the things we weren’t familiar with. He even stayed after closing time and didn’t make us feel rushed as we got it hitched up and headed home. All in all it was a great experience!
The Fifth Wheel Rv that we traded was cleaner inside and out than then the new 2022 Grand Design Solitude we purchased.
I brought my RV in for two specific reasons and after $2600 later, neither one was accomplished . The first was a simple oil change which I not sure how they missed that and the second one was to troubleshoot/replace my inverter. The inverter was replaced but the circuits were never tested and now I find myself in the middle of the ADK’s with no canon outlets when the inverter is on. This is extremely annoying because I specifically asked if everything was tested/working and the answer was ‘yes’. On a brighter note, Dave my service advisor was a solid guy and very responsive. I guess that I will get another opportunity to see him when I get back. You can do better Alpin Haus.

I am so grateful for all the help and receptivity I have received from the Staff and Managers at Alpin! They have been prompt and willing to remedy issues I have discovered with my new purchase! It sorta feels like FAMILY atmosphere with them!
Love the new bathroom fan. It is quiet and easy to use. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful checking the RV for any future concerns while servicing the roof and AC.
Fast great service
Released our new RV without it being detailed and with defective parts. Returned RV for cleaning and repair and left for multiple weeks to pick back up and discovered not all issues had been addressed. Instruction on vehicle utilization was weak with staff unable to answer specific questions relating to vehicle software and lithium ion battery education.
The techs were very professional , but on the original day, they were supposed to show up they called in sick and nobody called to let us know they wasn’t showing up so my wife lost a day of pay to sit up there for Nothing
