Service Dept is stellar. This is NOT a business that sells you an RV and then wants nothing to do with you. They are always very helpful and patient with my many questions.
Y'all bend over backwards to meet my needs.

I stored my camping trailer at the Amsterdam facility over the winter, and it was dented in numerous places. The persons I spoke with denied that it was damaged at that facility, but the trailer was not damaged when I dropped it off. The person who did the walk-around with me when I dropped it off, would not admit that it was not damaged when we did the walk-around.
Just purchased my second RV from Alpin Haus in Port Jervis NY. I feel they took care of me very well. Unit was in perfect condition. Walkthrough was great. Technician answered all my questions. Nick came in on his day off to see me drive off in the new RV. Everyone here is nice, No attitudes here. The technicians here are all cool....you can actually talk to them and they listen....I highly recommend Alpin Haus......
Well we went down to pick up our camper on 3-21-23,t to find out that things were still not fixed on our camper that has been down there numerous times and it's been down there since thanksgiving weekened of 2022.we called that our camper is ready for pick up and i call them to let them know when we would be down to pick it up and ask if everything is done, and get told everything is fixed which is lies, I'm just tired of being lied to all the time ,so now i have already contacted the manufacturer,for Forest River and spoke to Diane Bailey, because that's what i have gotten told that they are waiting on the manufacturer supposedly. The only way that you can make this right is find me a New Camper without any issuses. This is a brand new 2022 avenger that has been down at Port Jervis more than we have been able to use it.We talked to mike P. our salesman and Mark Hendershoot the Financial manager,and i am just very disappointed.

Alpin Haus is among the most professional and courteous of any companies I have ever dealt with. They do it right and are a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service in todays world. They truly care about their customers. They have regularly gone above and beyond for us as new RVers and new customers. From sales to management to service and technicians, they are a wonderful group of dedicated personable and friendly individual. I HIGHLY!!! Recommend and commend them.

Attention to detail and excellent communication
The trailer was winterized improperly, leading to a leak at the on demand water heater.
That was replaced. Now there is a constant slow leak at the city water connection.
The entry door was not latched. The only thing holding it closed was the folded step rail. It was raining.
The two piece baggage door was closed improperly, the larger door was not latched.
Other repairs on previous trips had problems. Like a window replacement with voids in the sealant around the window. Or Multiple trips to replace a baggage door, the first door was damaged in shipping.
After the water heater replacement, I was flushing the water system. I found the fresh water tank had large amounts of what appears to be decomposed plant material. Alpin Haus left the water valves in the "Fill water tank" position, so they used the water tank, at the end of the water heater replacement.
One or two problems I let go. There are too many problems here to let go.
I am disappointed. I bought from Alpin Haus because I wanted a local dealer who would perform satisfactory service and maintenance, so I wouldn't have to do it. I am tired of doing it, so it gets done right.
Staff at THIS location is top notch. Very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
My husband and I purchased an RV from Alpin Haus in 2020. Don was our wonderful sales person and continues to stay in touch with us through his newsletter filled with fun facts, travel tips, and delicious recipes. We always look forward to receiving our newsletter and stopping in to say "hi" to Don whenever we are at the Amsterdam location.
Since 2020, Alpin Haus has been winterizing, storing, and de-winterizing our RV for us. The team in the service department goes above and beyond to provide you with topnotch service. One member of the team is Treay Jaquay, who is a friendly, courteous, detail oriented young man with a great work ethic. It is always a pleasure doing business with Treay!
In April 2023, we picked up our RV from storage and to our delight the Alpin Haus staff was hosting a barbeque for all of the customers, providing hot dogs, sausage sandwiches, chips, and soda. They even had picnic tables set up in the showroom to accommodate their guests. Alpin Haus makes you feel like family. It doesn't get much better than that!!

I just had my forever warranty inspection done. There was a comment that said my roof was dirty and needed cleaning. Which I have taken care of. But the lap sealant where the back wall and roof meet is cracked and there was no mention of this made.

I will start by saying, I didn’t buy this unit for your price. I could buy cheaper through other dealers. Bought from Alpin Haus because I had a good feeling about the staff, I was not pressured at all and the staff was friendly and easy to talk too. The reason I am giving such a negative review is, I don’t think your staff communicates well with each other. I was promised several things would be repaired before I picked up the unit none of that was done, actually I could believe it wasn’t even washed before I picked it up. I bought this in early December and you stored for the winter. I was an sold an extended warranty for interior an exterior, when purchased I was told that roof would be looked at something would added to roof and exterior walls to preserve them both, in actuality the interior wasn’t even cleaned, there were still wood shavings behind the couch that I noticed on initial walk through. I made an appointment to pick this unit up almost a month in advance and I don’t think they even had it in the shop before I arr
