When you call the service center they never answer the phone, and never call you back. I’ve been having an issue with my forever warranty and they have not called me back but when I called regarding needing service, they called me right back.
Support. Doesn’t matter if it’s from sales, or parts, or service, we had support from every direction!
Service staff was not friendly, let alone helpful, in fact they were adversarial, especially when they realized I was going to ask for a warrantee repair.
Fast appointment availability and communication
I have a forever warrantee and a component was bad on the refrigerator. I was told that they didn't make the component anymore and I would need to pay for it. Treay stated that I have to pay for it. I emailed him 2 times and he would not respond to me after I talked with him on the phone. I wanted to know the name of the part. Then Ron Craig got involved and I had Randy call me within 10 minutes. Now Randy stated that the eyebrow board had a sticky substance on it and they were going to submit it to Forever Warrantee but that I may need to cover some of the cost. Then 10 minutes later Jim called me and I stated to him that Randy told me there was some sticky substance on the board. I said to Jim that first of all the eyebrow board is embedded into the refrigerator and should be protected and I can't see how there could have been anything on it and second of all when they told me it was the eyebrow board days before they never indicated that there was any substance on it. Ron revied the case and I was told that they were going to replace the refrigerator. The other thing that I had done over the winter is a full roof reseal. When I got the camper back in April I looked at the roof. I was charged 280 for the labor of the roof reseal and it probably took them 10 minutes. It look like a child resealed it. I took pictures and sent them to Treay and told him to send them to his manager. Someone call me and said that the job they did was unacceptable and to bring the camper back and they would make it right. There is a lot of rework with the service and the service guys are always trying to push costs back on the customers. I think your people need to be trained in customer service and not always pushing back on what the customers are saying. I have told everyone about my terrible experience with this place!!
Happy with the help we received when our current TT had multiple issues including a leak and water damage and it was only a year when the issues started that we had it. Want to thank Derrick, Justin, Dennis and Mike M at the Oak Ridge location for all they're help in getting us into a new unit. They treated us like family especially when they saw the issues for themselves, thank you all!!!!
Excellent service and people
We like our Cedar Creek a lot. Also Service Technician, John Ross and Customer Service, Jennifer Downing were great to deal with.

The service department is not very good. Staff is not friendly and they messed up my service and something was taken from inside the storage compartment.

Everything it’s a beautiful facility the staff are friendly and patient there is a welcoming professional vibe throughout the entire property and the unit I purchased is perfect for our family!
Service needs to reply back to customer much faster. Rarely get a live person during business hours to talk to and have to leave a number and call back several times before a return call
The sales team was great
All of the people we encountered at Alpin Haus were fabulous!
Especially Jennifer and Kim. Such professionalism, interest in making sure everything is right, and just good-natured eye contact.

Our 2023 Thor Tellaro has been with you for 7 weeks. We are probably in Lemon Law territory. The only reason this isn’t a zero is because the person we are working with is so great.
I have had a few issues with floor and other things not getting done not worst place to go but not at 100 percent either.
I am a long time customer. Honesty, consideration as well as good service in as timely a manner as possible
Service and communication are poor. I have dropped off my RV a few times for service and repair only to find they didn't address all of the issues I requested. Example: requested they set the tire pressure and they set 4 out of 6. The 2 inner tires weren't even close.
Service department never answers the phone.
I have had to get Service elsewhere a few times to fix issues because they don't return messages.
Giving Alpin Haus 1 more try. So let's see how my RV looks when I get it back.
Not done with my rig yet
I told the service rep, Randy Robb that there was a issue with the wiring when I picked up my trailer back in May . Finally the wiring melted, brought the trailer out and was charged $600+ for a $17 part when it was your fault that this did it. Randy insured me that the trailer was OK when I got it back in May/April. My $80,00 truck isn’t stupid.
