We picked up our camper this afternoon. Greg Melita and Scott from Renogy were absolutely amazing in helping us understand how our solar energy works. Kudos to them for their patience and understanding. Job well done!

Steve was an absolute amazing customer rep. Speaking freely I have had my issues with Alpin Haus staff over the years. Steve absolutely was a treat. And I felt welcomed, taken care of and kept in the know how. He helped me with scheduling and circumventing some family issues. Thank you so much Steve!

charged me 117.00 to check the air in 4 tires while camper was in for recall. I did ask them to check the air but I did not think there would be any charge as I purchased the camper from them.

Everyone is very happy to help when I have questions. Chris called me back within a few minutes to schedule dewinterizing and coordinating a meeting with Rod to explain the new solar system.
Rob took a lot of time showing me and explaining how my new solar system works. He also explained questions I had about the propane heater.

Theresa the service rep. we dealt with made it very easy for us. Made sure all of our needs were taken care of,
D winterization that they left anti freeze in my lines. And my tanks. Did not use there dump station to get the rest out. Broken gray tank valve. Asked to and paid for state inspection and did not get one. Plus they took 10 days to all this. Will never go back to this dealer. They clearly do not care to have good business and keep people coming back. Complete zero.
The staff presented as professional and friendly, and the site provided plenty of space for parking.
I assumed the VIN would identify what my RV has on board. That is not the case with this particular industry...yet.
Scott helped me through the process of finding out what I needed and got things all squared away.
The work was completed sooner than expected and so far, it's all good.

We have met several salesmen over the years at various shows and they were all very knowledgeable, personable and top notch. This facility has stood behind their quest for keeping their customers satisfied through 3 management changes, and a buy/sell agreement. Our trailer has exactly what we need and took us a couple of years to locate the RV. To this end we did not accept Alpine Haus trade assist offer. In leu of trade assist 2 managers ago, agreed to a thorough examination of our RV at no cost to us. We would pay for the seasonal shut down and get ready costs. Any other repairs other than wear and tear 9wear of the non door slide bulb seal we paid in full) would be submitted to the extended warranty company. (brake lining replacement has been covered). Additional repairs would be split 50/50. Because of this follow through we are willing and happy to recommend Alpine Haus to anyone and write a testimonial for your use.
