You were quick to take my money, but trying to get service on a new RV. is impossible. Seldom answer the phones. Never call me back. What me to do the work to fix the problems.

I'm very disappointed with the team at alpin haus. Ryan as a salesman was excellent but anyone will be nice to you when you spend a ton of money. The one person that was genuinely nice was keith the business manager I delt with he was excellent i would recommend dealing with him anytime. The thing that really let me down and the experience that is the reason why I will never recommend buying anything from this company again was the pick up day I told the sales team I never owned a fifth wheel I have no experience with them and they put me with someone that also never owned one or had any experience with them he was a great person but missed a lot of details. thing were missing and broken ( they still are broken) also on a lot of the stuff that was in the trailer i was told to read the owners manual so basically I spent 1500 dollars to walk into a trailer that wasn't ready to be picked up( you had 3 months to prep it) and I had to read the owner manual anyways so why did I pay that money. When I was leaving I had trouble closing the door to the trailer so I went and got a tech he literally slammed the door and said thats normal. I got the trailer home and it turns out the lock is actually broken so I called your company explained the situation and they proceed to say i have to pay 90 dollars to have the new lock sent to me after I just picked the trailer up and I have an extended warranty on the trailer that I spend 5000 dollars on. With all this being said I am now nervous about my new purchase because if you missed these things what else did you miss that day was supposed to be a happy day and a enjoyable experience it was not. For these reasons I will never buy another trailer or recommend anyone to buy anything from you because I don't want them to have the same experience.
I had multiple attempts to contact the service department via text, email and phone calls before getting a response after working through our original salesman.

The service is friendly and quick. There are a wide range of Rv’s to pick from.
All the employees seemed very happy to be there and were incredibly nice! We were greeted with smiles and congratulations on the purchase of our camper from front desk to sales to financing and service along with a few more who happened to be walking by! They were honest, informative, flexible and there was no pressure.
Work has been done to higher level than I have experienced at several other companies with the various RVs I've owned.
The past 2 repairs have been extensive. On both occasions the work completed was as "if it never happened". Solid sealing of seams and perfectly matched paint.
Don't hesitate to get repairs done here!
There is zero communication or follow through from service department after emails or calls requesting status update.

The team was very professional. The communication was excellent. I did not feel any pressure in the purchase of our new 5th wheel. Really appreciate the friendly atmosphere and patience, while we worked through making our final decision.
