Courteous and professional behavior by all employees that I've dealt with.
Customer service, Service Department, everyone was and is very helpful, friendly. One can ask the dumbest question, and yet they will answer it without any reservations.
Work performed was well done
Excellent service - Very helpful in walking me through everything that was done, and very patient. As someone new to RVing, that really helps.
Better communication when there is a major appliance that needs to be fixed. Time frame to fix the problem was very long and no updates when its in the process.

They had in stock the several trailers I wanted to see. James was extremely helpful and patient. He went above and beyond to help. Allowed us to sit in the trailer as long as we wanted and answered all questions with such expertise. Never felt pushed into purchasing anything I didn't want to buy. Looking forward to a long relationship with Alpin Haus Saratoga!!!

Everyone is very receptive and attentive in the service and sales department. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a RV to go to the Alpine Haus.
Like to see you get more technical about installing a weight distribution hitch. It only involves a few measurements and takes ten minutes. It is key to good safe trailering.

Sales process was great. But went down hill after that. Drive 2 hour to pick up. Only to find out the wrong capture plate was Installed. So I had to come back the next day. When I can back a few week later to have the water heater and slide awnings installed. Communication was poor and took 2 day longer than was told. Had to wait hours on site for the install to be finished. The wrong part were installed on both. And look horrible. I called awning and water heater company and order correct parts and made repairs myself. Justin said would make right by offering me some parts I wanted for factory. Months later still no parts. Justin said the were in order. I have ordered them from an another dealer and received them with in 3 weeks. Also still waiting for a part the was promised at time of delivery which is still nowhere to be heard of.

Alpin Haus in Port Jervis, N Y are a great dealership to work with from sales to service. We traded in our travel trailer and bought a brand new Grand Design 2600RB with these guys. Mike Panarelli was our sales person and he has checked in with us numerous times since our purchase to make sure all is well and to send us a gift card or a discount on service etc.They gave us a great deal on our trade in and i was even able to haggle the price of the new trailer down to a good price for everyone.
The service department are top notch. When I had a few warranty issues with the trailer, which is absolutely not the fault of them, they worked with the manufacturer G D and fixed the issues promptly. Our trailer was returned to us within 2 days and not sitting on their lot for weeks or months.
Definitely worth reaching out to them for sales and service.

The NJ location was very quick to take our money, but the service department never returned any of the messages we left to schedule an appointment. I even called the sales dept and they told me they would get in touch with service and have them call me…nothing. The 2nd a/c they installed was not working properly and we were missing a shade in the bedroom, which they never told us about.
We were very grateful that the Saratoga location transferred us to the Amsterdam location because we were really under the gun to get our warranty repairs taken care of because we were selling our house and living full time in the camper. We had to travel twice, over an hour each way, to get the repairs done at the Amsterdam location, and go back again once the correct parts came in.
We ultimately got Randy as our Service Rep in Amsterdam and he was great, calling to give us status updates.
We still haven’t gotten the creaking noise fixed in the bathroom. Jayco acted like they never heard of this issue, but we met a couple with the same unit and they have the same issue. Honest, open communication is appreciated, especially when spending so much on a camper. BTW - this is the 3rd Jayco we have owned, having purchased 2 new and one used.
