Was very difficult to get you by phone and we waited for parts to arrive that really wasn’t needed which cost us lots extra to stay extra days in the hotel.
Thank you so much for keeping us plugged in so we didn’t loose the food we had in our fridge & freezer.

Service was performed in a timely manner and ready to go when they said it would be.
The parts allowance doesn’t list what we got or what we paid for each item. When you go to parts counter your receipt doesn’t show itemized prices either. I dont like the lack of transparency. Paid $499 for camper to be cleaned and saw dust all over definitely not worth the mandatory $499

Continue to be impressed by the level of service provided by the Alpin Haus service advisors and service technicians. Each visit my service issues are promptly addressed and resolved to my satisfaction.

After a disappointing experience with Alpin Haus(AH) this summer to fix my camper, Jessica Balac from AH 'stepped up to the plate' and restored my faith in AH. She exhibited high quality customer service, kept in constant communications, did oodles of research, coordinated repairs, advocated with the manufacturer for me, etc. Jessica clearly understands the true meaning of 'customer service'.
Very convenient being so close, service work is normally done pretty well, people are very friendly.
People are kind, considerate, and treat you like you want to be treated. A professional staff willing to understand your needs.
Answer the service desk phone. If you give me a choice to Hold or to Leave A Message, don’t let me hold for 10 minutes and then make me leave a message. It’s infuriating, and it’s happened the last several times I’ve called.
Service on my trailer was slow. When I called or texted to check on the status of the work, I waited a few days for a call back.

All you care about is money. You literally won't do a repair or work without money in hand. You delay progress because of lack of warranty department people. Lazy.
Just complete the work and ask the customer if they want to pay or wait for warranty.
Especially with the 15 things wrong with our brand new camper, you should be treating us better.
You don't seem to care that since May, you have had our camper longer than us. Slow, inefficient, your customer service people cannot read, Saratoga service is the worst RV service company I have ever seen and the service manager is argumentative and prideful. I have had a class A or C for 15 years.

Well, the 2021 Forester we bought had a 2017 generator in her, the salesman didn't explain that a 12v refrigerator was not good for boon docking, there are gaps in the seals on the slider both open and closed... Really, for a 2021????

No one in the service department will answer the phone. Repeated calls are sent to the voice mail.
Everyone seems knowledgeable and helpful.
