First time using your service department from the time I pulled in I was taken care right away they got the trailer in right away and had me back out under an hour they worked very clean and everything was AAA+++OK will use them again

All of our dealings with Alpin Haus of Port Jervis have been very professional and we are very satisfied with this dealer. From the purchase to service we have no complaints.
I did appreciate the work done. Communication was weak at first, but we were able to improve that as time went on. I would recommend your services to others. As a small businessman myself, I will only remind you of one of the primary rules of business. 'Communication is KEY'- You win the head-you'll win the heart. And you'll secure a lifetime of repeat business.

This is not our first fifth wheel but the experience was pleasant. Mike Mapes was friendly, efficient and helpful and allowed us ample time to look over entire trailer after which he made sure that our needs ie: washer, dryer installation and new spare tire were attended to. Dennis M made paperwork experience as pleasant as that order of business can be. It was worth the trip from Connecticut to get the fifth wheel that suits our needs.

Not enough communication about updates to the situation without prompting. I had to reach out 1-2 times a week to find out what was happening. I was responded to, but felt like I was left hanging unless I asked what was happening.
I was notified it was ready and told it would be left out front for me to pick up. I went to pick it up after dark, and after business hours. I drove 45 minutes to go get it to find out that the batteries were completely dead and I could not raise or lower the jack to get it onto my truck. I am extremely upset that after having it for 3 weeks they couldn't have put it on a charger or connected it to a power supply for a night to make sure I could connect to it and take it away. They must have attempted to use the jack to move it from out back to out front, there is no way it would have completely drained in the 6 hours from when I was notified until I picked it up. That would have been something very easy to notice, easy to fix, and would have gone a long way to prevent a very negative customer service issue. I had heard horror stories about the customer service at your facility, but decided to give you the benefit of the doubt. Despite my attempt to prove the rumors wrong, you managed to prove them right.
Heather and Jim were awesome. What can I say about Jeff he was fantastic. He treated us as we were first time campers. He walk through the whole camper. Took more time then he probably should of. We learned a few More tips from him. Thank you Jeff for expertise in campers. Also I hank you Heather for foll through for what we wanted and the price we where looking for. I would recommend bAl

After talking with a service rep, my travel trailer was looked at. Which made me happy. Upon hearing about the bill I was dissatisfied. I understand the labor costs. I was charged for the labor without my approval. After calling and leaving a message to speak to my rep, I didn’t get a call back. I’m very unhappy.

Everything was excellent. Tony Miller was a top-notch salesman and handled everything amazingly. Our delivery driver, LJ, was highly professional and perfectly handled our requests to move the coach twice. They both did an amazing job. Very happy with our purchase.

I found the service to be outstanding and have done nothing but rave about it to people. The staff was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. When asked how long the service would take I was given an estimate that turned out to be right on target.
When I checked out I had asked James if someone could assist with connecting my phone to the RV. He came out and without any time at all had me up and running.
To sum it up - one smooth operation.

This was my first service experience at Alpin Haus and I found it to be the best and most professional service I have had. I have had 6 RV's and if I were to buy another I would definitely consider Alpin Haus!
Absolutely zero communication. Terrible customer service. Left 5 voicemails with me response. Took our camper in for an inspection and still have not received a phone call about what going on. It’s been over two weeks. Had to call the sales department and beg someone to walk out so service to find out what going on.
I bought our camper here because I thought you were different than the horror stories we heard about RV One. You indeed are no different.
Once I finally got a service advisor on the phone there was not one apology. You still have our camper and we still have no idea what la going on. We need to winterize it.
You can’t your service is unbelievably horrible and your cankers are built like garbage.
From Mike the salesman, Dennis(sales manager?) and I forget the name of the gentleman who did the RV walkthrough and explanation but he was fantastic. They were all very easy to talk to and not one bit of pushy sales tactics. I walk out when sales people get pushy. I actually walked out of your Port Jervis store for that very same reason
The whole crew that I dealt with at Oak Ridge were great, a big thank you to them again from me.
