Service is a great concern.
This is a great place to buy an RV/Camper, they are straight up honest, and it feels like family. Had a really good experience buying my first RV at Alpin Haus, highly recommend them.
There is a variety of choices so you can find exactly what you want and need. Tony our salesman was wonderful, no pressure, he went out of his way to show us models at a different location.
The delivery was smooth, Lance we wonderful. He answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable. Lance we very thorough with showing us everything, even went through how to properly winterize the camper.
CJ was so welcoming and tall. Great experience overall. Definitely will recommend. If we are ever in the market for another camper, we will return.
YOUR Oakridge service department is AWESOME! Brian and the whole staff are Great. We recently had a side seam open up. We all thought it had short screws. When they proceeded to fix it ..they discovered we had water damage. Brian notified us immediately and we went to see it. We had them repair it . There was good communication in the process. They also sent a letter to a campground so we wouldn't lose our reservation .

The service we received was outstanding! Joe and James helped us out tremendously! They were able to trade in our camper and get the one we purchased to our camp all in a weeks time.
I had told them I was having surgery so they made this process quick and convenient for me.

As I was driving out of the parking lot after picking up my camper I noticed two chips in the windshield would assume after paying 1000$ to pay for someone to go through the camper that that would have been addressed

The staff was exceptional and above par. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Our new vehicle was clean and we had a great training session on using our new RV. We highly recommend Alpin Haus.
We had an excellent experience trading in our trailer. The service was fantastic, from Asa our sales agent to Keith who buttoned up the deal. Dan was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and always reachable when we had questions. Everyone at Alpin Haus were welcoming, warm, and friendly. This was our second purchase at Alpin. I came in to buy a Class C diesel. Was ready to trade. Only one unit available and it was in the shop. Put $1000 down to hold it site unseen. The day before we were to pick it up, we were called and told it had been recalled again! 3 weeks now and we still have not even seen the unit and have no idea when it will be available. Now we have to go ANOTHER week without camping and we camp every weekend through Columbus Day. What makes it worse is we are 3 1/2 hours away an can not drop everything to come pick it up when it is ready. Joe Hunt, our salesman, has been excellent and has tried to keep us updated, but I believe he is getting embarrassed because there are no answers to give. This unit has all the features we were looking for, but now I have had time to read all of the horror stories about Forrest River mobile homes and poor service and quality issues following the sale - all of this is beginning to make me second guess this purchase.

-we met with our Alpin Haus representative again today … one encounter of several we have had in the past couple of weeks… A very satisfactory and valuable discussion.. with possible incoming resolution to the issue discussed. We appreciated his concern of the problem and his courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency… We will all will be back in touch at an agreed upon date.. to work toward a satisfactory outcome.
We have had problems with our Thor since we picked it up. On delivery the speakers didn’t work. The hose cover fell off and the GFI malfunctions. Unfortunately, despite being brand new and having purchased an extended warranty, nothing has been fixed and we have gotten nowhere.
1. Virtually impossible to reach the Service Department by telephone. Messages left on Service main telephone number are not returned.
2. Telephone messages left on direct cell numbers for service department staff are not returned.
3. Service department staff leave employment but direct cell numbers are still in service and messages left are not forwarded to current staff.
4. Unnecessary pressure (including personal visits to the service department) has to be brought to bear on Service staff to get work done as promised.
ON THE BRIGHT SIDE: So far, the repairs to my roof etc are fine. No complaints.
TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT: Answer calls from customers promptly. Ensure that customers are provided with information about the status of repairs on an ongoing basis.

Service is good. Customer service is good.
Had issues with the camper starting with the day we took delivery on August 13th 2022. They fixed some problems and noted others for future repair. Found more issues on our first camping trip. Brought it back to dealership on August 27th and have been getting nothing but lies and excuses from service department. Your service is absolutely horrible. Sell camper to customer, and then good luck from there.
