Fix your phone system so I get a call back when I leave a message.
Fix your computer system so records can be combined. You have a record in my name and one in my husband’s name for the same camper.
Brought my 2022 Georgetown GT7 in for service evaluation. I thought one of the hydraulic leveler hoses had split. After the tech evaluated my problem, it turns out the jack was bad. This saved me from unnecessarily purchasing 30 feet of hydraulic hose and the time of de-installing the old one and Re-installing the new one. Service manager Dave is wonderful to work with.
Service was done as explained and on time . Scott at wilton service was very knowledgeable to what we were going to need for our roof cleaning and sealing. And what a surprise to find a little Alpin Haus bear greeting us when we opened the door. He will be joined in the front windshield along with all my other state bears.

Steven David and Kirk at the Service reception desk were extremely helpful when I arrived off the road without an appointment with a leaky water pump in my RV. They were able to squeeze me in and fix the problem. They were friendly, understanding and completely professional - a pleasure to work with.

I made an appointment for a Warranty Forever Inspection. They were very courteous and efficient. They took my Sunseeker Class C in on time and I got it back in an hour and a half.

Your most valuable employee, in my mind, is Dave Behuniak. I cannot over state what great customer service he has delivered on our Keystone Cougar 22MLS. If you go to Alpin Haus and need service, Dave is your guy.
The service people were very helpful and spent a lot of time going through my systems to find any problems that were affecting the function of my refrigerator. I believe that your prices are high, so I would recommend your service with that caveat. It’s difficult to find an RV place that will service older motorhomes, so I am grateful that your staff was willing to do this work for me.
Great service
Paying $900 for a walk through with someone who couldn't answer our questions did not make my husband happy. It was fixed when I asked our salesman Jacob who was excellent to get someone who could answer questions and the head mechanic came out and took the time to answer all my husband's questions.
The service department has improved over the last year. Continue to improve the service area.
Appointment was for annual Forever Warranty, water heater issue and jack issue.
Was told initially that my Forever Warranty wouldn’t cover hot water element nor tongue jack because I hadn’t filed paperwork in time. After explaining to rep how it worked, he agreed element was covered but not jack as it was bent.
Was told jack would eventually need replacing but was fine now. Jack stopped working when we hooked up to truck. Then found out that we were charged labor for troubleshooting jack. Fin within water heater area was bent not allowing cover to fit proper. To make amends was told jack would be sold to us at cost. Was charged $25 more than Amazon would have cost me.
From the time that I started dealing with Alpin Haus customer service in mid August for repairs to my RV everyone I talked to was very professional and knowledgeable about the repairs that I needed. After determining what parts were needed and ordering them an appointment was made well in advance to insure the arrival of the parts and I was kept informed of the status.
When time came for the appointment I was told that we could spend the night in the lot in our RV so that they could start repairs right away. Being 2500 miles from home this made it easier than having to worry about where to stay and getting there in time! All repairs were completed in 1 day with excellent workmanship and our unit was returned to us with no complaints or issues whatsoever!! Hats off to the Amsterdam Alpin Haus Team!!

Your facility is beautiful and welcoming. Every single staff person we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. People seemed happy and enjoyed working there which makes it so much nicer to be around. No pressure whatsoever to purchase anything. We got an offer to buy the same unit at another dealership for less than what you could offer, and we turned that one down because we wanted to be part of the Alpin Haus "family". We couldn't be happier with the decision!
