We bought our class c from u this past February spent just under $80,000 dollars. We get it home and the water doesn't run with the slide out closed. Also, the radio and back up camera does not work. We dropped it off early this week and was told all fixed. Unfortunately the radio with back up camera still doesn't work! I texted the Phone number removed about the issue and I got no return texts. My wife finally contacted our salesperson and he says it can't be looked at until may 13th cuz the tech only comes in every 2 weeks. That's unacceptable to be honest. No calls back from my texts are unacceptable. I sent a video of the radio still not working to that text. If ur tech only comes in once every 2 weeks on a Saturday I'm trying to figure who looked at it this past tuesday...? This isnt the service we expect from alpin haus and its our 2nd rv we purchased rom ur place.Bill and Tara Last name removed.

Your staff has been excellent and very helpful. However, I am EXTREMELY disappointed in two aspects thus far.
For one, it is very clear that the "Forever Warranty" that you sell is designed to be voided. There are several requirements that were not outlined at all when it was sold and that I would only know about by reading the entire invoice I received after the annual service (which was missing the front two pages, btw). This was not disclosed to us at all and had we just accepted that the invoice was fair, our warranty would have been voided. WHY?!?! And why doesn't anyone mention this critical detail??? I find this practice very shady and it has colored the way I view your business in a negative way.
Second, we we brought the RV in for service, several recommendations were written on the invoice, some of which were not performed because, again, NO ONE TOLD US! We were simply told the RV was ready for pick up. When asked why no one told us, the response we got was "well, the service was $700 so we didn't bring it up." I just bought a $33k TT and you don't mention a $700 recommended repair? Why? Probably because not doing the recommended service voids the warranty and that seems to be the objective.
I think the people that are doing the work at Alpin are decent and try their best. I think the management coming up with the shady, underhanded practices are highly problematic and indicative of a company that does not have the best interest of their customer at heart. Regretfully, I feel I will look for another provider for service (since you will eventually find a way to void the warranty anyways) and I will be buying my next RV elsewhere.
You could have just been up front and honest.
While in for my forever warranty inspection, I had an 8 am appt. They didn’t pick up my camper until 8:45. Also when I set up my appt I was asked if I was going to wait and I said yes. I was asked this 2 more times on the day of my appt and I was told 1 1/2 hrs. After 2 1/2 hrs I checked in and was told by the tech that he had my trailer as a 6 hr ticket.
The camper was delivered promptly when we went to pick it up. It appears that all the woek was performed as stated, but I haven't had time to verify.
The service department is very knowledgeable. They are easy to speak with too.
Topy notch products, great sales staff, and excellent service department. Everything you need to get on the road and stay there!
Have purchased 3-RVs from Alpin Haus since 2013. Would not go anywhere else. Great sales and service. Charles in sales and Dave in service are the best

I was able to purchase a 5th wheel camper at a price that fit my budget.
The service rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me some service or products that I didn't need. The tech who did the work (NYS inspection, wheel bearing repack on a double axle, electric water heater issue and weight distribution hitch adjustment) did a great job. The final cost was exactly the quoted estimate.
Went to pickup my RV after being in storage for the winter season. I made arrangements with my representative Jennifer in service who was very courtesy and sweet on the phone as well as in person when we met.
I requested the RV roof and sides to be washed and it was perfectly done and completely spotlessly.
They also did the mouse repellent undercoating, repaired a short and prepared and inspected for the season and best of all was ready upon my arrival!
Thanks again my experience from purchase thru my second camping season has been great.

First and foremost, it would be your staff! We worked with Jonathan, Josh and took delivery with Rick. All very professional and very friendly. We feel we got a good value in purchasing our new travel trailer.

It's very conveniently located and the staff is friendly and courteous. They have a nice inventory.
Overall experience was very good, but we had issues on our first ride home with our new trailer (propane hose literally fell off and we dragged it down the road for 50+ miles). Hoping it gets resolved sooner rather than later. Thanks.

My batteries were supposed to be reconnected after storage and they were supposed to make sure my electric jack worked they didn’t do either there was a technician that tried to help us do on Saturday when we picked up the trailer kudos to him for trying. He wasn’t successful but it’s the fact he tried. This is something that was on the service order and I personally was disappointed that they didn’t do it.
I purchased a fifth wheel RV at Alpin Haus and it was a pleasure. My salesman Art Cooper was very helpful in finding me the right unit. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and patient as this is our first RV so I had plenty of questions. The price I was quoted was the price I paid with not run around or push up selling. Thank you to everyone at Alpin Haus, Saratoga from Sal Assante and family.
Charge A fair price for things and not rip people off.
Took forever to get our new awning 7 months, and then when we did get it, it wasnt the color we wanted and it had holes in it. New awning is going to take 2 months to get. All the employees are great, very nice. They do try everything to get things right.

We tried to make things right, but you didn’t want to. You decided the almighty dollar was worth more than a loyal customer. Through this process, we found out the brand new camper we purchased… not even taken possession of yet…. Not done walkthrough as new owners…. Still on your property… never been taken anywhere and yet we find out this camper we purchased lost over $20,000 in value….and we still haven’t received it yet….. absolutely disappointing…. Disgusted….. frustrated…. So no we would not recommend you as we don’t want to put bad business to others….
After taking time off from work and driving 2 hrs to pick up our new RV…. it wasn’t ready!!! And this was after I had called the day before to ask if it was ready. Now I’m told the agreed upon pinbox isn’t available and we’re getting one that is $700 cheaper and doesn’t have shock absorption!!!
To make things right, we want the agreed upon pinbox and a FaceTime call with Blake to review that all open issues are resolved before we come back up to pick up the new unit.
We were charged $30 for shipping to replace stickers on our camper. They are covered under warranty so shipping should be covered too.
That's ridiculous!
Techs also need more training. I feel our extended warranty was a waste of money. We have to pay for every item they look at whether they fix it or not. Just disappointed in the service this time. We have spent a lot of money at Alpin Haus.
