Trailer was not inspected in detail until day of pick up resulting in a one day delay to the pick up because of an issue (I adjusted my work schedule to support the initial pick up day then had to adjust again) Rust issues with the trailer frame were not corrected even though I was told that they would be. Trailer was dirty on the inside and outside, especially the roof. The inspection performed by the service department was inadequate. I have fixed many issues that should have been identified by the service department.
1. Window not shutting fully
2. Pocket door screws loose
3. Dirty trailer exterior, especially the roof
4. Roof sealant missing or inadequate in multiple locations
5. Dirty floor, countertop etc.
I was happy with my salesman but dissatisfied with the pick up and service experience.
My name is Doug Last name removed. I purchased a 2022 Tiffen Allegra motor home from your facility in May 2022. I have had a several issues and had hoped to have been able to resolve them by reading through all of the documentation that you supplied. I did have to make a few phone
calls to the Amsterdam facility and did receive some assistance. However, there were conversations with customer care staff they were already aware of some of the same problems that I am having. So I have to tell you I am less than impressed with your service after I was sold the unit. Specifically, the first issue is related to the televisions, which were turning on and off all at the same time and was told by your care center that Tiffen was aware of the problem but no one was able to provide me an answer of how to fix them. Secondly, I am having problems with my USB ports on my dashboard not working. I contacted your care center and was told that sometimes they don't work or wires become loose and I was instructed that I should try to access it from behind the dashboard to fix the issue.. This is a brand new motor home. I received a tutorial on the operations of the motor home, which was thorough and a bit overwhelming....the expectation is that everything would be working at peak performance. I have owned a number of travel-trailer and fifth-wheel campers for a number of years, so I do try to problem-solve. I understand that the Allegra motor home is a more advanced vehicle and that there can be occasional issue. There seems that a day doesn't go by without another issue occurring.
At this point, I am contemplating returning the motor home back to your Amsterdam facility.

Bought a new camper and alot of things wrong with it and it has taken a long time to have it fixed and was told that it was all fixed and it's not, they should be taking a few thousand dollars of it
I had some work done when we were camping with a mobile company. It did not come out right. We went to alpin Haus to get information about the repair and got the right parts and good information on how to install them from the shop. Thanks again for your help.
Dropped my camper off over the weekend for a Monday appointment never heard from anyone until Thursday saying it was done. Just maybe a little contact estimating how long job would be. Very happy though with the staff and service. Thank you.
Dominic Mayeo in Amsterdam was so polite, extremely knowledgeable and had outstanding customer service. He was a true professional and you should be proud to have him. Charles the salesman was also extremely knowledgeable and professional. All my questions were responded to honestly and they always knew all the answers. Kudos to you young men!

All the employees are so professional and know what they are doing and what true customer service is. They went above and beyond what I expected and had my propane leaks from recalls repaired and back to me in a couple days. I will definitely bypass the port Jervis location just to come here.

I used the service department to do repair work on my RV. It was easy to make an appointment. I was able to give the department a 27 day window to make the repairs and the work was on on time. The service representatives I dealt with were friendly, able to answer my questions, and kept good communication with me through the process. They also did all the coordination with my Extended Warranty company. Understanding the challenges of supply chain and labor shortages, I was very pleased with the quality of work and with the time it took to make the repairs. I will definitely use again.
Kind, friendly and very helpful service desk employees. When the work was completed by the technician my camper was clean with no trace of someone doing any work inside. The counter top replacement was done in a timely manner within the limits of the estimated replacement estimate.
Products are the best in the industry. .your service staff is above and beyond. Very smart and knowledgeable about the products they are working on plus they are ALL very kind. When your having service done you can relax and feel like your at home. Thank you .

I brought my Travel Trailer in because the slide quit working. When I was called to come pick it up I was told it was fine and the only issue was it was hooked up backwards. In was always in and out was always out- how could it have been backwards? What i think happened was it was off "track" and when my husband manually brought it in and out it aligned it and started working because there was no resistance. We never tried it again before dropping it off. I would have still paid for the service and diagnostic fee, but theres no way the switch was hooked up backwards. Disappointing.
Dave Horney, the Service Manager, worked with me throughout the long process of a Warranty Claim to repair a broken awning. Dave went above and beyond. He was very courteous and professional and overall an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Only fixed the slides, stove and hot water heater still not working. It is a 2 hour drive my home and the trailer remains unusable. The service manager told its it was ready for pickup although the other issues were not fixed and we took on the road and spent a week without water. It would be helpful if someone could go over the issues maybe at this point via FaceTime, we were told you do not have enough seasoned techs to address our issues, so unacceptable with all the time we have spent taking it there and now still have issues
Sales and staff very friendly and knowledgeable, any questions sales didn't know they were very qick to find the answers. Nice camping and accessories store, great place to do business with.
The service department sucks they're hard to get a hold of nobody ever returned your call
