The guy was kind of curious explain everything about the trailer
I was a bit surprised the walkthrough didn't including hooking an setting up. I was on my own to figure out the self leveling feature. The process of buying, picking up and walkthrough didn't seem to really flow that well, it felt kind of choppy to me.
I especially like dealing with Tawny in the service department. She has been especially helpful and friendly in the many interactions I have had with her.
The service from our salesman was outstanding thanks Art Cooper and the walk through person Rich really new his stuff thanks guys
Sales associate I dealt with was excellent but The service department is horrible. The technician that has done the work on our trailer was excellent, but the service department (including the manager) is horrible, argumentative, even when they are proven incorrect. I had my trailer winterized last season by Alpin Haus of saratoga ny. When I pointed out that the freshwater tank was never drained, and that the hot water tank still had water in it when I removed the hot water drain plug. I then asked how they winterized the trailer. They said they bypassed the water pump located in the trailer and use there own external pump to fill the water lines with rv antifreeze. I pointed out that this wasn't the correct way to winterize the travel trailer that I own and this led into a 30 to 40 minuets disagreement on the correct way to winterize a trailer's water line. I even went to all of the rv's (websites) that are sold by alphin haus and there wasn't one that called for there rv to be winterized the way I was told (by the service department manager) the way they winterize all of there rv's. I never received any credit for there (alphin haus) mistake. I paid premium for a service and if I never checked to see if it was done correctly (before putting up for winter) it would have led to lot's of problems in the spring. I would never recommend alphin haus to anyone just because the way I was treated.

After three appointments for yearly forever warrentee( mandatory) RV inspection and NY state inspection. We realize the wheels were never removed and the brakes never checked. A mechanic verified that the threads were still rusty so they were definitely not removed. We are planning a trip to North Carolina and wanted our camper in top shape and safe. I paid $2000 extra for the extended warrentee. I’m very sorry I got it now. What a joke.
I wish I could get my $2000 back and I wish I had bought a used one without a monthly payment.
Your repair service is the absolute worst in Saratoga. Your workers go to fix one thing then break three (03) other things. Saratoga had the camper all winter and things that were supposed to be fixed weren't. Spoke to the service manager he said we would have to pay for a service call - very unsatisfied then spoke to general manager at Saratoga, he got nasty as said we would also have to pay for the service call. For things your service people broke - how nice!!! Finally spoke with Amsterdam and items were fixed and repaired yesterday (at no charge). It seems everyone we speak with has had many problems with Alpin Haus, especially the Saratoga branch. No one checks up on the workers to make sure the work is not only done but done correctly. They break things and don't report it or repair it - they just try to hide it...
It is time to clean house in Saratoga - your reputation is terrible and your service and excuses even worse. If I am ever in the market to buy another new RV it will NOT be from Alpin Haus nor will I recommend your business!!!
My new GD has been with the dealership since May 7,2021 when we purchased the unit for a faulty refrigerator. This has been a disappointing and frustrating experience.
I have spoken with numerous managers and have had updates, but the experience has left us frustrated and wonder what the future will bring.
I left a message for an owner Of Alpin Haus regarding the problem and have not had a return phone call.
A manager has offered a camera system to express some acknowledgement and while appreciated, the disappointment of delivery and expedited service is noticeable.
Well it’s been almost two years on repairs of a new purchase and we are down to one missing part still.

First it took all day to change oil,NYins.,and rotate tires.And WHY YOU DON'T FIX SOMETHING YOU SELL.ITS JUST NOT RIGHT.IF I HAD KNOW THIS I WOULD NOT I'VE BOUGHT IT FROM "ALPIN HAUS"IT'S NEVER EASY WITH YOUR SERVICE.MAKE GOOD ON WHAT I BOUGHT FROM YOUR COMPANY I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE ESLE TO FIX THATS THE REASON I BOUGHT LOCAL. BUT THAT WON'T HAPPEN AGIAN AND EVERY BODY IKN OW WILL KNOW.
Dropped my RV off on a Sunday for a service appointment on Tuesday morning. By Thursday I had not heard if my RV was done or not so I called. I got an answering machine that said someone would contact me before the close of business, never received a call, so I called on Friday morning and left another message. I still did not hear from the Service Dept so Friday afternoon around 4pm I left another message. I understand you guys are busy and receive lots of calls, but I took the time to drop my RV off two days before my appointment, but three days after my appointment and three messages and I couldn't even get a simple call back. You had time to charge my Credit Card, but you couldn't call me to tell me my RV was done. When someone did finally call me back, they couldn't even tell me what work was done.
Can't get a hold of anyone by phone. Have to go online to the website inorder to reach anyone. Not contacted in a timely manner.
Phone service tells you to leave a message and no one calls back.
Dave and Ally they get the job done for us.
Great work, but I had To call repeatedly for updates. No one ever called me with updates, always me reaching out, for 7 months.
It’s not that you guys have disappointed me it’s just some of the stuff like the service I had my camper there two or three times for my black tank because it reads full 24/7 and has the day I picked it up other then that you guys are good

All folks were super at Alpin Haus. Patrick Luci in sales and Shawn the tech were especially great. Shawn spent a lot of time explaining things during the walk through and was very knowledgeable.

Our salesman Scott was great! We had issue with new camper that was solved but I think communication could be better.
