You didn’t have the RV’s in your parking lot safe. We pay about $100 every month for this and you are just now figuring it out when our RV was broken in to and damaged. Not a good start of taking over the Garick’s company.
Fast response
When you call the service department you can't get anyone to answer a phone. Then you end up playing phone tag with someone if they even return your call. We recently had dropped our camper off the evening before it was scheduled for a new thermostat. I called to see if it was done and ended up calling the parts dept to see if anyone was in the service department since I was not able to reach the service department after leaving many messages. I was eventually told and we couldn't pick our camper up because we wouldn't get there until the service department closed. If they had answered a phone when I first called, we could have made it there shortly before they closed but between being on hold while the parts department was trying to see if our camper was done did not help. Thank you to the gentleman in parts for trying to help. We were told it wouldn't be a problem picking it up late when the appointment was made. I then asked for a manager and was transferred to Miranda who offered to stay until we got there around 5pm. (Thank you to Miranda). The other problem is their hours. It's impossible for people who work to get anything done with their camper unless they are able to take time off from work. They don't do repairs on Saturdays apparently. Therefore, communication and business hours could be improved.
The customer service and quality selection were amazing. They took their time with us and were very responsive to us. The quality on the product sold itself, but the quality of their service and attention is what sold us.
The most friendly and competent people. Do what they say and on time. Quality of work is amazing and on budget. Whenever I go to Alpin Haus I feel totally comfortable and at home. Just a great place to do business with. Top notch. The best!! Shout out to Lance in service… give him a big bonus and a raise!!

The so called Sales Manager Drew Tinger or Tinger very unprofessional. Installed the brake system and hard screwed it into a lease vehicle when I told them no and it was to be velcro only. Lied and I had to walk away from the delivered and disappointed my grandchildren and family now for the fourth. Very rude and talking and laughing behind my back in front of my sons and the trailer was prepared and they were trying to rush us to get done so they could go home. He told me I need to go mow my lawn and not here discussing the deal w you. Very poor ran and very upset and cost the firm 40K plus and we will spread the word. Worst company ever. Not even a call to say sorry for all the inconvenience.
The professionals at Alpin Haus know their products, they also get to know their customers. They work at your pace, and go almost over the top to ensure your comfortable with your purchase.

The friendliness of the people who work there including the person who mans the desk by the door to the men in the parts and service department. Our salesman was friendly as was the mechanic on the day of our pick-up. He was funny.

Alpin Haus has been wonderful to me throughout the years very helpful and professional with our RV service work. If there is a down side, it is very difficult to get someone to answer the the phone in the service department always have to leave a message, but in fairness they always return the call.
What I really like about Alpin Haus is that they always treat me like an important customer even when I have silly questions, minor repairs, or just advice. I was worried that because I don't have a newer rig or am a previous customer that they wouldn't give me the time of day. That couldn't be further than the truth. James and the other service guys are courteous, friendly, and informative. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality service with a smile.
Everything. Everyone is always so happy and very helpful.
They have been very helpful with everything involving my RV. I havve spoken to Derrick and Will, but mostly Will. He is extremely helpful and tolerating of my many, many questions. I like that he does not pretend to know everything, and will say he is not sure, but will find out for me! As far as my RV goes, I bought it privately and got the worse deal possible. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone or in person has been very helpful.

When my wife and I went to purchase a an RV we were set out with the mindset of getting a used rv to some travel. We found what we thought was going to be a wonderful rv to spend a lot of time in for our retirement. Well let me just tell you that we didn’t even get to take our first trip in the RV and we already had to take it back for repairs! So fast forward we take it on our first trip and low and behold the awning leaked, the roof over the table leaked, the seal in the shower was falling off, the censor for lelveling is not working and the furnace was not working correctly! So when we called for it to be serviced we got the run around because even tho we have a warranty on our brand new rv it needs authorization to fix things so we are still not pleased!! We also found out that our 2021 rv has a 2019 rusty chassy and the coach itself says right on it 2020 so what year is it really??? We have more mileage to Alpine house than we do traveling. So stay away from alpine house not trust worthy!!
We had a few issues during inspection but they were remediated, including a leaking pipe, dangling awning edge and damage on the outside of a window.

Alpin Haus of Port Jervis ny is the most professional and knowledgeable facility I have ever dealt with . I have been going to their facility for many years and anytime I needed something or had a question they were always quick to respond.
The service department and warranty manager were very efficient in helping me with a problem with my new travel trailer. Got it right in and fixed so that I didn’t miss a planned camping trip!

Friendly, knowledgeable, showed us all types of RVs. Took the time to show and explain things to us.
I needed immediate service and your service representative went out of his way to assist me with my need. All service were performed to my satisfaction.
One annoying thing: the work order sticker placed on my camper took 10 minutes to remove. I would suggest a higher quality sticker that can be removed without leaving adhesive and part of the sticker behind.
Had an appointment for service for the forever warranty with all issues listed and 7 weeks later we finally got our camper back. Instead of looking at all the issues at the same time they’d look at one thing order parts then whenever look at another issue then wait for more parts
Recently I needed to replace a water pump. I called the parts department twice to find out if they had the water pump I needed but no one got back to me. I placed the calls during the work week. Had to buy it elsewhere.
