We had a service technician here in May and parts we’re not ordered until July!!!! Totally blew our camping summer! The damage is done I don’t know what can be done. Still waiting on light that is under warranty! Maybe next July? Enough blame on Covid time to get back on track. This was our first purchase of an RV and we thought service would be better.
No answer the phone. When we call, No one calls you back, service is good, to recommend a friend or family No, will tell the to another rv dealer, had more problems with my reflection camper in the past 3 yrs than we had with our Montana we bought in 05, , I would buy my next camper in Rhode Island, were we purchased our Montana, way better customer service, then you offer.
Employees are great. Lance, one of two Hymer go to guys, excels. While waiting for repairs, was graciously invited to share in a company picnic. Had many great conversations throughout the day. Even though a large dealer, manages to provide individual attention.
your personnel is great and very helpful. they held my hand every step of the way and i will be back if i have any troubles with my rv
Service was on time and excellent
RV service is top notch and the workers are very helpful
This is my first experience w/ Alpin. I found Will to be honest, straightforward, and very communicative. My interactions with the staff were great. I recommend Alpin without hesitation.
I I brought my trailer interview service to have a water leak looked at and I was charged $57 to tighten to tighten the canister that holds the filter that's ridiculous how would you feel if you were charged that kind of money unbelievable and I'm going to repeat customer
Great service, our sales person was very knowledgeable 😀
I am happy with the sales and service. Both sides of the isle go above and beyond to facilitate a good experience for the customers.. Having the Priority store there is a plus also.
Our inspection was done timely and the service advisor was informative and provided insight. We also liked that we could drop off/pick up our trailer off hours, huge help for working family!
Unfortunately it was a most dissatisfied, disappointing difficult experience beginning with the arrival of our Montana High Country 5th wheel ... it was actually traumatic in my view ... I can’t even re-experience the details right now as they are so bad and make me feel terrible in so many ways, still ...I would absolutely be available to speak with someone about it in time. We dealt with John and when we weren’t satisfied with the outcome, he refused to give me any name or option to move forward and speak with anyone else who possibly could have assisted with our issues and come to a mutual agreement... we were forced into a situation in which we were very dissatisfied but had no choice.
It would be greatly appreciated if someone would follow up with this and myself. I’m not counting on it though knowing the prior way this was handled. I was told there was NO ONE ELSE TO HELP ME
the Services Dept is Outstanding Matt and and the hold service team go the extra mile to get you going.THANK'S Name removed
Great customer service. Sales produced a discounted price without being pushed and I can’t say enough about the friendly and responsive service dept staff. They make you feel like THE CUSTOMER is doing them a favor by being there. The way it should be
I waited a month for my appointment. I drop my motor home off the day before so it was available first thing to start the recall work. I stop by 2 days later to find out no one had even looked at my motor home. I then ask for someone to call me when they found anything and was told I would receive a call. I went back the next day after not hearing anything from the service dept. to find that they had pulled it up the recall work was done and they where checking on a slide problem I had ask them to check out. I ask if my motor home would be done that day and was told I would receive a phone call when it was done this was Friday at 2:30pm. No phone call again waited until Monday morning at 10am called and left a message asking for someone to call me back and that i was coming that day to take back my motor home. I got to the service dept.at 3:45pm walked in to have tell me my motor home was done and ready to go. I ask when it was done because I had driven past the service dept on Saturday and it was parked in the back lot. Anyway long story short after purchasing 3 RV's from this dealer and sending my niece and her husband to them and they also purchased a travel trailer form them I would at least get a phone call telling me the statues of my RV they are working on. Twice I was ask if I had extended service contract and then told that the service manager was going to check and not to worry about it. Then I was told I would be charged $348.00 dollars or $100.00 but he was not sure until he had an answer about the service contract. So as of now My wife and myself are done with this dealer

Listen. I set my appt for the forever warranty and asked for a cover for the 2 20 lb propane tanks I have and when I got to Alpin Haus I was told you had to order them. So now I ordered the cover from Amazon.
Service. We took our 303RLS in to have a few minor things done - some under warranty. (Please note - it's a 4-hour round trip to get to Alpinhaus from our home.)
The RV was there for over a week, including the July 4th weekend, however, only the microwave grill was repaired under the warranty work.
We were told that the "floor" of the end cabinet (which was of no-better-than-cardboard quality, and collapsed with six wine bottles on it - breaking one) had been fixed. It was not. It is still open to the wiring below it. That alone should be a warranty item and GD should be ashamed of itself for the poor quality it used.
The two drawers that were supposed to be fixed were simple laying on the couch, but we didn't see that until the RV came back and we were loading it for our next trip. I was able to find out-of-the-way hiding spaces for them, but those should have been taken care of while sitting in the lot.
I understand we're waiting for parts for some items, but some of the small parts should be in stock at all times.
The bearings WERE repacked while there.
Great customer service
Competent ,quick service dept.
Getting someone on the phone was difficult at times. The awning parts I ordered took almost 2 months to arrive. I prepaid for them so I felt stuck and was forced to wait.
Friendly sales people.
Faucet was replaced, getting good flow, repair was successful. Technician was very pleasant and thorough.
Thanks so much to Robert for being so helpful.
I'LL START BY SAYING THAT I HAVE BEEN AN ALPIN HAUS CUSTOMER FOR ALMOST 50 YEARS, BEGINNING WITH MY FIRST SNOWMOBILE WHEN I WAS 16. THE WHOLE PROCESS FROM STEVE THE OUTFITTER, VIC THE SERVICE ADVISER, KYLE IN FINANCE, JEFF WHO PREPPED THE CAMPER, TO JOHN WHO GAVE ME MY SHOWTHRU, AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I ASKED, WAS SMOOTH AND EASY. EVERYONE I MET TREATS YOU LIKE FAMILY, WELL EVEN BETTER THAN FAMILY I GUESS! I JUST GOT BACK FROM MY MAIDEN VOYAGE AND EVERYTHING FUNCTIONED AS DESIGNED! I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ALPIN HAUS TO EVERYONE I KNOW.
I have emailed and called the store I bought my RV from with a list of complaints. I was also told by another Alpin Haus store to complain to the store I bought it from. I sent an extensive list of my complaints to Alpin Haus Amsterdam with the threat of pushing my complaint up the ladder hoping somebody would contact me and make it right. That has not happened nor has anybody offered any path to make it right. Great company to sell you a $62,000 RV but good luck having it function properly or getting anything corrected after the sale.
The coverage of my lifetime warranty is great. But I still question why it took so many days to install my new blackwater tank so I had to wait over the weekend to be able to pick up my camper (since I dropped off the camper on Thursday at roughly 10 or 11 am and it wasn't done and ready to be picked up till Saturday morning and I wasn't informed by phone it was ready to be picked up till 12:45 when you closed at 1:00 and I live more than 45 minutes away because of a wrongly set up message recording). There were 2 minor problems. !. (But I suppose it might be my fault because I didn't check ) The blackwater tank dump valve was not full closed. And 2. I'm not sure if the level sensors are working properly.
Greg Clark, our salesman, was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions througout the process of purchasing our Imagine XLS. He has demonstrated commitment to use as customers after the sale as well. I have not yet needed to utilize the service department (and I know during they may be overworked with the increase in sales over the last few months), but I hope they have the same responsiveness and timely communication that Greg has provided.
There were a few items that needed attention on my 5th wheel travel trailer. The service personnel listen to me, reviewed the items and either corrected the items on the spot or ordered the necessary parts to correct them. They also discovered a malfunctioning tail light that I was unaware of. They expedited the order and replacement of the light. I felt they were were very professional from start to finish.
Always seems like have to wait WEEKS for a part or to actually ratify problems with RV
